2017 BNP Paribas Open

App freezes. Have to kill it and reload and the quantity of permissions is crazy. But worst of all, the most important reason to have the app is who's currently playing. Really tough to find that info!

This app can't keep up with an otherwise great tourney!

Needs a lot of work

Upgrade is a downgrade in the worst way. Since today's update, the Draws display initially until the user attempts to zoom in, at which time they become unreadable. This is especially true of the second page of the draws. This is really the only reason I wanted this app is for the draws/brackets.

why would a tennis app require your location just to open it and check scores? what an invasion of privacy and a waste of battery resources. i realize location is needed for the streaming portion, but ask for it when accessing that function, not just opening the app. extremely poor decision by the design team. I'll be uninstalling this app before it drains my battery and steals my location information.

Was awesome last year - this year still very good but miss the awesome feature they had last year that would tell you exactly where your seat would be in the stadium. Very useful, especially if you still needed tickets.

Had to uninstall and then reinstall today Saturday March 12th now it is working perfectly

I can check scores most of the time though the format can be confusing. The streaming option requires you to be on the tennis grounds wifi, but their wifi is so terrible that I can't stream so what's the point?

The app won't even run without your GPS turned on. Why does it need my location in order to show me the order of play or live scores?? It crashes constantly and the 'live' scores are anything but - way out of sync with reality. And how about using push notifications to alert people about late breaking court changes? Not a well thought out app at all.

It stops everytime I re-open it after using another app

Very slow. Last years version was much better.

Works well. Everything about the tournament at your fingertips.

Blank screen with a logo on top is all I get on an Android tablet

Doesn't work and won't even turn on without my location being on. That is completely invasive. Why does this app need me to turn on GPS before I can use it? And why does it need access to Bluetooth? In addition to those complaints the updated version doesn't even work. All I get is a blank screen with the logo on top. Useless.

Won't even load the menu. All I can see is the tournament logo the rest of the screen is just black. Completely worthless.

Spen't hours reloading it. Never came up on Android. Waste of time and battery power. Works fine on wife s i phone. Get it working for Android

Yesterday at match streaming I watch almagro vs cervantes now I can't watch dodig vs zverev. Why?

It has more problems than Jay-Z and crashes more than drunk drivers! The radio feature won't work at all and when I try to look at the results for today, it's blank. Also, why does it need location to give me this info?! The Australian Open app never requested such

If it isn't broken don't fix it, smartie pants. Replace it with last year's version ASAP before the fans & players revolt.

Didn't work when I first installed it. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. However, it's now March 7 and when I look for the order of play, nothing shows up except a statement saying come back March 6.

too bad. I really loved this app last year. I volunteer at the tournament and this app was really helpful. Please fix ASAP.
