You can custom the location and other preferences.
If you will upgrade version to premium version you will be able to change the font used in the icon, and no ads will be displayed.

Its a nice app but it only shows in black in my status bar and there are no options for color change or if you want to have the day of the week instead of the month. Otherwise its a very nice app.
