Somehow broken. Tells me I'm still charging although it's been a over a week since I did and I can't get rid of the message. Opening charge point details doesn't work, just keeps loading forever.

It would be great if it it's integrated into waze

I like the indication of the estimated charge cost. It also made me realize some operators charge ridiculously high amounts to charge the car. Unfortunately the notification settings can not be saved on a Samsung S6. The notifications seem to work well on iOS devices.

Good app. But what really should be improved is showing separate chargers instead of grouping them together. If there are for example 5 chargers in an area you see a balloon with the number 5 in it. When looking for fast chargers this is not convenient.

It claims to be "the best companion for electric car drivers". This is not true in most countries. Perhaps in the Netherlands, but certainly not in Norway or Germany where only TNM chargers are listed. As long as you are aware of this (serious) limitation then it may be useful.

Do NOT be fooled by the image behind and in the Video. It shows France covered in charging points. In reality there are only 7 in the WHOLE of France! I signed up on the basis of the depicted coverage of France. Obviously I was not expecting the depiction as a real coverage map but I was expecting it to mean France was covered with charge points, not just seven!

Great app!

The app itself tends to take it's time to load certain elements. And when you spot some charging stations, you'd expect them to open when you tab it. Not zoom in on them (which they do, up until the point where they are no longer grouped). TheNewMotion replied to my last review and I gave them some more info on the problems I'm currently experiencing. Not long after I got a reply. Great support!

Shame that you haven't put any charge points that are available in small UK cities!! The app is useless as it is not reliable.

Snelheid is nu goed. Groepen worden slecht aangegeven. Ene niveau 1 bolletje 24, inzoomen nog maar 2x2. Ze moeten op een veel hoger niveau al gesplitst worden.

Since v3.0 it is a very usable app. Doesn't *need* GPS, interface works fine. For the wishlist: * Option to add location information, with possibility of a rating how good that information is. The chargestations can at times be hard to locate based on address alone. Allowing users to add location information like 'next to the white house' or 'at the end of the parkinggarage', would be very helpful. * Option to start/stop chargingtimer allowing to get an insight in the maximum costs. Because the data from the use of chargingstations is not available daily or even weekly, it's hard to get insight in the costs. The app could track what the maximum costs would be, based on the starcosts, and what a charge would have costs if the battery was empty.

Veel beter nu de nieuwe versie er is! Nu heb natuurlijk gelijk nieuwe wensen, zoals mij eigen paal in de app zien (prive gebruik) enzovoort... Hopelijk gaan jullie nog even door met ontwikkelen!

De nieuwe versie doet het tenminste. Ik kan alle laadpalen vinden. Maar slechts van de helft geeft hij de status aan. Next Charge doet het beter (maar die hebben geen prijs: maar dat is minder belangrijk). Kortom: flinke vooruitgang maar er is nog een stapje te gaan. Jullie kunnen het mannen en vrouwen van the new motion.,...

... because it gets stuck at 99% of updating the chargepoint locations. Would be good if the update could be manually triggered, as I don't need the app every day. Also, charge card ordering didn't give me any confirmation, so no clue if one was ordered or if the request was just lost. Ordered one thru the website instead.

Got a decent phone (Samsung Galaxy S4), but app doesn't start but hangs with loading message at 99%

Starting up the app takes 3 minutes, I don't like that it always plans the route to the nearest charge point. BUT the provided information is the best I have found in any app. (The mobile website is also good but lakes some of the functionality)

Doesn't start half of the time

Takes ages to load, often then providing thousands of charge points all over world. I just need to see what's nearby. On 4G with a Nexus 6p so that shouldn't be the issue.

Basically it works okay. But there are still some problems that bother me a lot: 1. After I save changes in the filter: Do NOT change the position of the map. How dare you reset the position to Amsterdam when I was just browsing around Berlin. Furthermore the zoom is changed too, so navigating back to Berlin is just a pain. 2. Do not set Amsterdam as the default location. Use the last location I was browsing. Or add a setting where I can define the default location. Even so, do not change the map view automatically. Ever. 3. My car is not in the suggested list of EVs. Basically because it isn't a car. I have a Zero motorcycle. If you want information about battery size, etc... allow me to input it directly. The other functions work as far as I can see. I was able to find a charging station and start a route via google maps, wich is perfectly fine and you shouldn't change that behaviour, because it is probably the only thing that really works perfect. The filtering is fine too. I especially like that you can filter for the station's power output. Also the details are helpful too, especially when there's also information about the current status (e.g. occupied)

Zelfs via snelle wifiverbinding duurt alles veeeeeeeeel te laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang.

Since the last application update loading the locations takes too long. Often I am at the location before the app has loaded all location updates and gets from the startup screen to showing the map. The app is because of this of no use to see if a known location is available. Can we get a new version that first shows the map of the requested location showing the locations that are already in cache (from a previous run) and only then tries to get updates on the availability of only the cached locations within sight? And only then load updates on new/changed/removed locations? Also, please add a setting for the charge session percentage to use in calculation the price: my chargepercentage is at 100% capacity nearly every time, so the 60% used now is less accurate for my hybrid car. But I can see that for a full electric car a setting of 60% makes sense too.

Beautifully designed, user-friendly - well done! It would be good however to be able to see how many outlets a charging station has. Also looking forward to more features like "show charging station near me with lowest fees" and a separate dashboard app for charging station owners.
