Need a barcode reader to more easily add missing stays, need locations to be able to scan the app for your card, need to be able to call van from app.

Can't login. Credentials work fine on desktop and iPhone. Fix your app.

I use this primarily to track shuttles, and it now works as expected after the latest update.

Why do you need access to my Photos music and files to show me where your shuttles are?

Updated version wont open.

I like the old app better! I'm standing at the airport and it tells me, I need to try again when I'm closer to the airport. It won't let me see where the shuttle is! I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still not working. Not happy. I like the old app better!

The app loads up ok. But when I call it up, only a blank screen. Android Phone.

Terrible app. Installed and it will not launch...Just goes to black screen.

New version doesn’t work.

I can login fine on the web but the app won't let me. It says either my password or email address are incorrect. I sit at my desk and login using my email address and password. No problem. I logout and go to the app to login, using the same address and password. No joy. It says login or password is incorrect. Worst. App. Ever.

I used the app to store my parking location. When I returned from my trip, the parking location I stored was no longer showing.

App will not let me log in.

Don't listen to the reservation message. It told me consistently there was no space but there is always space. Just call! Great Spot at DFW.

Doesn't let me log in even after doing a password change.

When I log on it tells me "Wrong Password" and won't let me log in. I can log in on web site, but not the App. Tried logging in Multiple times and it locks you out. Bad App.

At install, it did not upgrade old version, had to delete them both as neither one worked after new install. Make it an upgrade that works, not new install when have existing working version on android.

The calendar to make a reservation is horrible.

The app won't open unless you give it permission to access your media, photo and files. Had to uninstall.

The shuttle driver explained when the app is opened and a shuttle service is selected (like north or south), the dispatcher gets a notification for a pickup in your terminal.! The app also shows the location of the shuttles in the airport. The app is not finished. 1) The user does not have a way to Request a shuttle and no confirmation that one is on its way. 2) No integration with the loyalty program.

Horrible app. Does not allow any account access. Sends you out of app to a browser to make a reservation. Car locator is pointless, taking a picture where I parked and texting myself all the details of vehicle location is quicker, better and easier to use. Uninstalled

Does not work at Newark Airport, one of the busiest airports in the country.

Recently tried it for the first time @ IAH and the shuttle arrival was exactly as the tracking location, could be made better by having a method of notifying for a pick up location.

Tried to put in dates several times for redeeming points but doesn't work! Even received email that app was updated....fix it!
