What's The Rate?

Installed on Sony Z2 and get grey screen. Uninstalled and re-installed 3 times and each time get grey screen. Totally useless app.

Last update fouled up. But now working. Great app

Rubbish, wanted Icelandic Krona but not on the list of currencies so removed app.

So I book a holiday with these jokers to Gambia and their useless app doesn't have the exchange rate, and they no longer appear to have a reserve and collect of the currency!

had this for months and it was ok..but it no longer opens even after deleting and re installing.....still not working end march...emailed on email given below and no reply...great customer service !.....still not working and no one at thomas cook replying.....may 2015

Used to work fine on my HTC one but won't work on my HTC one M8 I just get a grey screen

Worked brilliant until update now won't work properly at all. I even tried uninstall and reinstall still not working does not show values. Pants. Bring back the old version

Will not open on my phone Archos 50b

You can only convert rates against the GBP. Euro to US$ and US$ to CAN$ would be good. Plus should be able to choose favourite currencies.

Only installed it yesterday and today it won't open past the first page. Just a blank screen. Rubbish!

It won't open . I just get a blank grey screen . I use a HTC M8

Handy app to watch currency rates and order in store, works on my Moto G, 4.4.4 OS version

Previous release meant was unable to view Summary screen. Developers quick to respond and now ok. Good app to view exchange rates and reserve currency.

Many thanks for the app fix.now works great and have to say is now better than before.thanks for sorting out and fixing.

Thos Cook exchange rates - brill app before update but no longer works :'( Have tried the new fix but App still not working on Samsung Galaxy - thanks for trying guys :'(

Does not work since update

I have used this app to try it out and it works great I rung my local store to check it against there and it was still the same rate. Another great app from Thomas Cook hoping for a mobile app for the website soon.

Slow, but has alot of potential.

I work 4 Thomas cook n I'm glad they made an app! Every1 get a cash passport!

Great app installed immediatley and I have ordered and collected instore. Best rates and service ever. Dont just book it thomas cook it!

Wont load gets as far as opening page

Slow and sluggish, needs to have search function for different countries.
