Ticketmaster Event Tickets

Had to uninstall and reinstall app to get new tickets to show up. Couldn't tranfer from website so hoping the app does it right.

Liked this app the most out of the ones I've used but the extra fees was a little high for me.

It's very user friendly. It makes buying tickets almost too easy! My go to ticket app for any event. Only thing is I wish it showed you where the specific seat is in the event center when you click on the ticket rather than clicking on the "view map" to find where each seat would be.

Easy to use and book tickets, but still raping us for fees after all these years. Any other type of online purchase is simple and doesn't come with what can often come out to a 50% markup over the original ticket price. 50%!!! Ruthless and spiteful and the reason I go to fewer and fewer shows. Ticketmaster told fans to f themselves a long time ago, so same to you.

Easy to use. Would like more info on available seats. The seating chart should be easier to use. Prove the cost range cheapest to most expensive prior to seat sale. How am I to budget if I don't get to know the cost of tix prior to sale? Other than that - PDG.

I've been trying to sign in to get my mobile tickets but always appears the message: Sorry this service is not available. Tomorrow will be the concert and Ticketmaster don't have a solution about that. Awful!

Dishonest and deliberately misleading company that doesn't disclose massive fees (eg. $42 per ticket) until late in the buying process. Stick to SeatGeek and StubHub that give you the option to show prices with fees right from the start.

This app is good for people who don't care too much bout tryin buy tickets for mainstream events. I was tryin find a concert for mike sherm but it didn't even come up. They needa expand instead of sticking to mainstream

I just downloaded this app. It does not let me see my tickets. It keeps saying there was a snag. What could will that do on the day of the concert. Very upsetting!!

This app is awful. It so much easier to go to the website. It's very buggy, doesn't show the seating chart and doesn't pull up anything I click on or type in.

I like having easy access to great event tickets but really hate how much tax is charged. If it weren't for the lower prices I might use another ticket site which either has the tax added in or non existent

Buy tickets from this app often, this last update is horrible, slow, constantly shuts down and freezes.... worked perfect and love it until last update, you left me stranded at MSG because tickets would not upload... fix it or I will go back to stubhub....

Unable to view tickets. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel people. Leave well enough alone and allow us to print tickets if we want to. Ridiculous.

Can't see ticket prices once I make a seat selection. It is not optimised for my Note 8. I can only see a small portion of the box that shows the price once I click on a seat. Wish it was optimised better like on iOS.

Asked if i wanted to protect my ticket. Didnt say it was an extra charge or how much it would be. Went through with the purchase and after the fact told me it charged me $16. Dick move Ticket Master!

Your app was great when we had the option to filter out the events we don't want to see. Now it's just a big pain in the butt having to sift through everything just to see the concerts. Can you please add the filter option back in?

Keeps giving a cookie warning page when attempting to check out. It also lost all my favorite artists when I got a new phone. There is now no way to add new favorite artists or retrieve the old one.

I'll click through a link on Facebook and the website will show tickets for general sale or pre sale. But if I try to grab pre sale on the app it has never worked.

This app sux! It deleted all my favorites & concert history. Needs work ASAP

It very slow and crashes. Only keeping installed because I need access to tickets. After concert uninstalling.

Surprising nobody, their app is even more useless and relentlessly broken than everything about Ticketmaster in general. Customer service suggests just calling them since there doesn't appear to be any intention to be able to retrieve tickets electronically. Called venues to complain that they use Ticketmaster instead.

Literally useless. Can't use to purchase tickets, just pulls up a cookie notification when attempting to verify through visa after fillimg everything out, I can purchase tickets fine in a browser. The closest thing that looks like a use is that it holds your etickets,(which you can't purchase in the app) except that isn't a use it's a requirement to receive your tickets in a viable time without paying an exorbitant surcharge.

Forced to install so I could get my tickets and then it failed to locate them. Adds absolutely no value.

This is absolutely the worst application I have ever used. I bought tickets, and the app can't bring them up, and you don't get a choice to print the tickets either. I hate this app so much it will prevent me from going to ticketmaster events.

It's buggy. Sometimes it doesn't respond to taps. Often when trying to purchase tickets with 24 hours of going on sale it responds with "servbice unavailable" - though buying through the ticketmaster site works fine.

Can't get tickets to pull up...just spins and spins. Terrible business practice will never use ticketmaster again! You take the money with no results. $350 wasted on this shady and unresponsive app.

I attend upwards of 10 concerts a year and this app is great for keeping up with everything! I can get my tickets in under a minute on my way to a meeting at work which, to me, is the ultimate convenience. Fees are surprising sometimes, but that's just concerts.

When the list of seats comes up you can't scroll down. I also nearly missed out on an event because it appeared that only nosebleed seats were available. I had to finagle the sort and filters to find tickets.

App lags horribly. Takes forever to select sections to compare prices. I normally just end up frustrated and use another service to but tickets.

I only needed this stupid app because they refuse to just email tickets. Why make it difficult? Just email the damn barcode and I can show that to the ticket people

I've been having issues with the app booting me out. I thought having this would be more convenient than paper, but sadly, that's not the case.

I bought tickets for my brother for the bruins game for his Bday, and now I CANNOT find them when I go to "my tickets" and I have a text message saying purchase for tickets from ticketmaster, I'm really pissed, what do I do??

Why is the ticket more expensive on the app than on the website (which doesn't work on my phone)? And you also want to charge me $8 more just to hold up your side of the deal? Lucky for you, I'm too lazy to look up if I could get the ticket anywhere else.

Really straightforward and easy to use, and a great place to keep dates and events organized. The service fees are a little pricey, but the efficiency of everything softens the blow to the wallet.

Keeps saying can't get location even when I type one in. Then will not let me proceed.
