淡江教會

在牧會理念上，強調以宣教傳福音為自我使命，希望藉由「生、養、成全、差派、收割、治理」6個門徒建造的步驟，來發展基督身體的五重職事功用，成全每位聖徒多元豐富的生命產業，能在各樣生活領域中成為有生命影響力的神兒女，共同參與神國在地上的建立。

在教會實踐上，強調「在地化教會」的觀念，效法耶穌基督道成肉身的精神，走出圍牆與城市百姓的各種需要同在，在各樣服事中帶領人體會基督身體的臨在性，進而被基督救恩的超越性改變生命，並成為神的兒女，一同影響這個世界。 On the pastoral philosophy, emphasizing the missionary evangelism is self mission, I hope by "health, support, sake, sent, harvesting, governance" six steps disciples built to develop the body of Christ fivefold ministry function, fulfill every saint diverse and rich life industry, to become children of God living influence in every field of life, to participate in the establishment of the kingdom of God on earth.
 
In church practice, emphasized that "the ground of the church" concept, follow the example of Jesus Christ, the incarnation of the spirit out of the walled city and the people with all kinds of needs in the lead body will come upon the body of Christ in every ministry, and then beyond salvation by Christ changes lives, and become children of God, together with the impact of this world.
