T-Mobile ID

Instructions are non-existent, but the app details clearly say it runs in the background. So ignore all the comments you can't open the app. If you try to add the account via settings you get a message the service is down. That's the problem. I doubt T-Mobile is going to fix it soon so I'm removing the app. Good idea though.

Usually my phone has been having doze activate while at work and it'll keep me between 65% and 70% battery by the time I leave work. Not today. Didn't open the app once today and yet has used 1 hr 36 min of cpu time and is accounting for 7% of my battery usage (SoT: 36min) with the battery at 25%. I'm sure the other stuff are wake locks caused by the app keeping other OS and play services active. Needless to say I'm uninstalling. I'd prefer battery life over convenience of payment any day.

App will not open , it'll stay on loading/signing in screen when I put my password in (galaxy s7 edge) uninstalled and reinstalled still not working .. Fix it

I don't allow anyone access to it because it is dangerous. But the lost apk powered by Whitepages is a nuke of security. The only code that was no contest for purchase. A few times. After yrs this is the first third party resource ever allocated funds too in this market. The decision was automatic no contest. Security comes first. This doesn't work on Nexus 6p although I can still install it. Doesn't make any sense

Won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and I can't find it on my device. Its in device manager, but I'm unable to open in any way possible

Same app for the LG K7 works great why can't you make it work for the Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 6.0.1 there is no feedback from T-Mobile whatsoever

The wheel on the screen goes round and round, round and round.....indefinitely. Not a very useful app when you can't use it.

I literally cannot remember my life before T-Mobile ID. Interacting with it every minute of every day. I even live in the hoodie with the T-Mobile ID logo. Obviously 5*s. (Full disclosure: I work on the back-end).

EVEN T-MOBILES MY ACCOUNT APP IS A NIGHTMARE AND U JUST EXIT.
