When i done txn of 5000 rs then, they blocked my account. They cant provide services, please do not install and use this wallet.

FAQ says - "The User is automatically upgraded from the Gold Level to the Platinum Level on making payments of Rs. 500,001 in a period of One Calendar Year and starts earning higher reward points." But your per month wallet limit is 10000 x 12 months = 120,000. How can anyone possibly make payment of 500,001 when the wallet limit is just 120,000. That makes the Platinum level invalid and void. Am I missing something? Or am I getting fooled and mislead?

I have loaded money in wallet, after that i was trying to send money in my bank account, but it was dosent happen, try many time but only refresher page is showing, when i try to customer care there is no any help line number as well.. so guys request you to all please don't use this app, its only west of time.... also request please use the "udio" wallet which is available in google play store.. that is very help full for us..

Please have the respect for your customers. When he or she complains about a certain issue, then you should be taking care of it immediately. Poor service, poor customer care. I still haven't heard about the money transfer that happened from the mobile wallet to my account. No calls. No emails about the situation. I'm surely going to spend this message.

I used to use this app a lot of times for recharges previously, but after the latest update, each time I try to log in, it crashes and says that " unfortunately app has stopped". I am using an Htc desire 820, which currently runs on android 6, marshmallow. It would be very kind if you guys can fix this issue.

When we try to recharge then the app shows only amount if app shows recharge pack like paytm then ti good for this app
One suggestion: THE QR code ID could have been smaller in number of digits so that it would be easier to remember. If one can remember the QR code, all one has to say to his friend is that THIS IS MY QR ID, PLEASE TRANSFER THIS MUCH AMOUNT TO MY WALLET. So, no need to open the app even to check the QR ID. This would improve the Quick Pay option.
