Very disappointed that I can no longer have parental access to my daughters email or contact list. My daughter is also unable to add anyone's email anymore. I used to like this app but not anymore.

This app is an awesome safe way for me and my friends to chat! Though I think kids slightly older need a bit more accessibility so you should make it on the parental controls that the parents can decide how much the child gets access to.

I will give 5 stars once a few glitches have been fixed in the upcoming update, not sure when it will be available for Android. This app is free and has a web app too! My 3 year old loves sending hand drawn pictures and voice messages. My 5 year old loves the freedom of being able to -'mail' letters. She loves the handwriting (drawing section). Lots of options and can be setup for the youngest users easily. It would be nice if there was a way to save audio files the kids recieve. The support team is very responsive and open to suggestions. Overall excellent app with lots of potential to be superb! UPDATE: We've been using this on two different tablets (Kindle FIre & Sony Xperia Z) and it is pretty glitchy still. We're keeping it because it is the easiest way to give my daughters a safe email address and a kid friendly UI...But the glitches are pretty ridiculous most of the time. Hopefuly the team gets this sorted out so that it becomes the amazing app it should be.

Easy peasy to do.

Installed this for daughter 2 as I've used it previously with daughter 3, it now does not work unless you pay for it. I have no objections to paying for things, but I have a version that works without payments on another device that works perfectly - I appreciate that it does not have full functionality, on the other device but it works. This version on this new device just does not work.

The app is free... The description says free... However, cannot access mailbox without a subscription. Not too impressed.

I am getting fed up with this app. At first I really liked it and it was a nice safe email for my kids. When I had to delete an account and then add my child back to it it was too difficult to use. I cannot get either the mobile app or the website now to let me add my child. What is the point of having this if you can't have multiple email account for your multiple children.

This app is so cool

What in earth does 'graceful end of subscription' mean as an update? Premium subscription is still mentioned in the app description. What exactly has changed?

X70%
by X####:

Please change to where the kids cannot invite new email addresses. Also when you hit the back button it logs you out. I have to log my kid back in all the time. Fix these and easy 5 stars. Also when I'm logged into the parent account and switch to my child's inbox I then have to log back in to parent account. Should be more seamless. Thank you. Fixing all this will be 5 stars and beyond. Overall perfect for what it's for but annoying to use.

So far, this is perfect for my ten year old. She is able to talk to her friend via email, during the summer. I didn't want her to get a 'real' email due to the dangers out there. She just needed a way to chat with friends on her Kindle, and this works well. I am able to maintain her friends list and monitor who is emailing her. We can also email one another, until she is old enough to get her own email.

If this was ever free with limited features,it no longer is. They should update their app description. Kids can't use it without a subscription. Thanks for wasting my time.

This app is an awesome safe way for me and my friends to chat! Thought I think kids slightly older need a bit more accessibility so you should make it on the parental controls the parents can decide whether there child can accept a contact or not ect.

Got it for my kids because they want their own email like their friends. This allows me to see/control their contacts and/or messages. They like being able to message their friends.
