Had problems in the beginning setting up, but once the Furbo Team emailed how to fix it, it worked perfectly!!
After paying $200 for a camera I don't want to see advertisements each time I open the app.
I just got it today and so far so good. I love there are different options for the bark sensitivity. and the camera looks pretty good. If only they offer a way to stream on a site instead of device only, that would be even more perfect!
Absolutely no support. Company probably has zero employees. Do not buy this. You are better off with 3rd party product
This app just straight up sucks. It's never worked correctly. Lag, freezing, and FC'ing. Expensive product, junk software. The issues I report never get fixed.
I really want to give Furbo 5 stars, but after several months the lack of improvement in the app, mainly fixing the "1 user only", barking alert and privacy issues. When those 3 things are fixed the app will certainly be a 5 star app

Works great when it works, fails to connect more often recently for no reason which makes me worry even more than not having this
After initial major issues with setting up and connecting for the first time, I have had no problems. Customer service has always been responsive and friendly. I have horrible wifi service and strength and it still works great all the time, I use a Samsung Galaxy j7 to connect and the quality is acceptable and lag is negligible. My friends are all jealous and love to check up on my dog and throw him treats! (Some people said their treats get stuck but I've used several kinds and plain dry kibble with no problem.)
I love being able to interact with my dog from work. It is a bit laggy sometimes, but I understand that there is a lot going on behind the scenes.
Could never get this to work. Required daily resets of the physical device and still would drop the video or fail to load. The app itself is very bare bones and poorly designed. The FAQ included is nearly useless.
Saves me tons of worry
It works pretty well most of the time. Poorly documented, but the app is getting much better and faster to connect. The devs have improved this system a lot over the last year.
Seems more stable now!!
Why does the app stay awake in the background after a notification?
Trying to setup but keeps crashing when accessing video view.
App is always crashing, currently saying i have not internet connection yet the same connection is writing the review. Very unreliable
It's been good for a while then it's stop working it said cannot connect to furbo even after I reset the password my phone say connect but the furbo say no connection what's going on.
I did have some issues with my Furbo but if you send a message with your phone number they will call you quickly and help you resolve the issue. They are super nice and very knowledgeable of their product.
Most unstable app. I just received this item in the mail last night and it's already buggy. Will try it for a couple more days and if the same things still occurs I'll be returning this for a refund.
The app worked for a day and now it won't connect. Such a bummer, since the idea is such a good one and the product design is top-notch. I'll be returning it, seeking a refund, and purchasing a competing product that actually works.
If I can get it to connect and work I will upgrade my review. As of now I get an error it can't connect. I have tried everything, uninstall, reinstall and nothing works. Waiting for support to reply to my e-mail. I really want this to work!
Does what its supposed to w a few minor short comings (app freezes up quite a bit forcing me to uninstall and then install again). Would be nice if there was a chime notification to alert you when someone accesses the camera so you can know whether or not you're being watched....

No options for to turn off animation or allow portrait mode. I want to permanent turn off sounds and animation.
Each update gets a little better. Still a little laggy and audio on both sides are poor.

App is crashing a lot lately. Also the barking notifications are really annoying. My dog will bark for 30 seconds and I'll get like 4 repeat notifications.
Just purchased and can't even set it up app keeps crashing saying furbo has stopped it flashes an update on the screen but I can't access it as the app immediately shuts down. Need help. Need a set up guide to fault find.
Most of the time I try to access furbo it never fails, either it dies by just showing me a black screen or "can't connect". I'm ready to send this unit back. I shouldn't have this issue for a unit that costs $200 !!! Either FIX THE APPLICATION or send us a refund.
App will not connect via Bluetooth to the device. Can't even set up the unit.
What a waste of Money. The furbo connects to wifi ok but the app does not connect to it..... the FAQ and help is pretty much useless.
I was able to connect on my wifes iphone but not on my galaxy. Just keeps saying it cant connect.
So far very good. However I set up her profile but I get an alert that HE'S barking. That would be a nice fix.
Really cool when it works. But if I don't unplug it every day it just fails to connect. Not helpful if I am not at home and trying to check on the pups.
Only worked twice and the app keeps freezing and lags. Updated, reinstalled..got even worst. A screen stating "Connecting to furbo..." for a long time, never connected and it freezes again. Great item but need major improvement on the app. Plus, a removable treat tray would be a better idea for cleaning purpose. Not sure if I will be keeping this item...
It's ok. Audio and video lags or freezes. How do you set up Wi-Fi to 2.45 GH? I think this may be the issue. Sometimes it's good, more often not, especially with trying to throw treats. No information on this config requirement. Help?
