Even though I have a balance I get cut off in the middle of my phone calls to my parents! When I tried calling back it will not connect for days! I wrote emails after emails to tech support and it does not get resolved! I'm no longer going to use this app! Just tired of having the same problem ! It's a shame!!!

So far I didn't have any problem with the app, it works fine for me but last time I tried to call my boyfriend (Hungary->South Arrive) he couldn't hear me at all and after I hang up both of us got calls from other countries, like Germany, Italy, Poland, India and more and no one said a word. So Im a little bit concerned now wherher it's safe to use the app or not, because someone might have hacked our phone through it. Maybe if you could give some advice or explanation on it, that would be great! Thanks!

This is a very crazy app. I couldn't call my family and friends abroad. It needs credit both on this app and in your sim card for u to be able to call.

Connection sucks, the other person can't hear me uaually, that is if the call even connects and even if the call does connect it ends abruptly due to bad connection. Over all a complete waist of money

Sometimes I have issues hearing the other person that I'm calling and sometimes they aren't able to hear me well... overall I think the service toolani provide is good and they try to get it right... ofcouse this is not an utopian society so everything won't be perfect.

Took a couple of tries to get it set up - something to do with my app overlays, whatever they are - but once I got right it found my phone contacts immediately & has connected quickly to the UK numbers I've called. It's working very well for me & seems cheaper & simpler than the others I looked into. Thanks!

Works really well and gives clear calls. Easy to install and apart from onece or twice when it couldn't connect (might have been an issue with my phone) it's been great. The introduction bonus of 30 percent on my first purchase was great too... Too bad I didn't trust it enough to buy more with that bonus first time around!

Keeps to disconnect in less than 2 minutes, and each time reduces 30p from my credit. I hear repeat of the conversation after less than 2 minutes and then need to call again. It’s a shame that when I call my mother, l have redial every 2 minutes which so annoying that it doesn't let us have a proper catch up. The worst thing is that I bought a large amount of credit at the beginning and now I feel that l am stuck with this rubbish app.

App seems ok but it would be nice if it actually showed you how many minutes you have left next to each contact based on your remaining credit. Most of the competing apps all have this feature.
