Worst service, they do not deserve even 1 star. Even after confirmation, they won't pick up your clothes or pick on their own convenience. No ownership of the service. Tried two days continuously, but both days they didn't pick up my clothes even after calling them several times and not even informed me.

Opted for the 24 hr option, which they charge extra for. Told them I'd need it in 24 hrs as I had to go to work. Called 24 hrs later and was assured that my laundry was coming in 30-45 mins. It's been 2 hrs and it's still not here. Go for Pick My Laundry, at least they won't promise things they can't deliver on and charge you extra for it

The riders are not at all responsible. The same case goes with the management as for 3 days I didn't get my laundry back. Also there was no proper response from the other side. Had to miss an important meeting as all my laundry was stuck there.

So got to know about this pre booking Diwali10 coupon. I applied it too and guess what, it was just a goof up. No discount provided on that. 10% discount won't matter much, but please don't really set up any expectations for the customers that don't work.. Please test stuff properly.

changed the pick-up time bcuz of Diwali Clothes picked on Sunday evening 2 b delivered Tuesday evening. However the delivery guy said he couldn't reach me hence didn't deliver I had received call from their office that the rider's mobile was switched off &will I be available to receive the clothes. I said yes and if not, someone else will. If not the clothes will be delivered on Diwali morning. Services provided by tooler are bad. They frequently misplace garments, moreover do not compensate for the same. They also cause delays in pickup and drops. The app itself is very useless cause you end up calling then for pick up and drops. Paytm payment is very often not accepted, forcing you to pay in cash
