How Task Manager To Round works?
You simply add bubbles with task names to the visual planner and then watch them go down the funnel when you mark tasks as done. It is very convenient to keep tasks that need to be done soon in the funnel, so you can always see how much there is to do. When you see the funnel of task manager is packed full and understand that something has to be done later, you can put tasks off – they will be removed from the funnel and you can pick the date when they need to show up in the funnel again. There is also a classic to-do list view for current, pending, and completed tasks.
Task manager To Round Key Features
– Calendar. By setting up the date and time when a bubble is shown up in the visual planner, you can easily manage your schedule. Your visual planner will always show only current tasks, which helps to concentrate on tasks that should be done right now and plan you agenda accordingly.
– Tags. To differentiate between tasks related to various activities, you can tag each group of tasks. For each tag, you choose a color you like and when a tagged bubble is shown in the funnel you will quickly determine which activity it belongs to by the color of the bubble’s border.
– Task priority. The bigger the bubble the more weight it has, the more important or cumbersome is the thing to be done. Yes, it is that simple! To change the size of the ball depending on task importance or duration, simply move the ball size slider to the right giving the task more weight or to the left making the bubble smaller.
– Completed tasks. Sometimes there is so much you do during the day that few days later it is hard to remember what have been done already and what is still on the visual planner. With To Round to-do list app, you can see your finished tasks in just one-click – simply press the checkmark button in the header menu and you will get the full list of accomplished tasks.
– Gamification. You can juggle bubbles as an experienced magician or move them by tilting your smartphone from side to side.
– Widget. To-do list on the home screen. If you want an important things to remain visible, add To Round widget on the main screen of your smartphone.
– Telegram bot. For your convenience, we have recently set up the Task Manager To Round Telegram Bot, so you can now manage your to-do list without leaving the Telegram app. Check it out @toround_bot!

So far it has been good. But I'm wondering if there is a part for repeating tasks that I am just not seeing or if it is there at all. I have a couple of tasks that need repeating weekly and monthly so it would be nice.
I'm really getting more things done thanks to this app helping me get organized. If you add the option to make things reappear weekly or monthly I'll be even more in love :)
I love to do list apps and I have also used many to do list app but it's THE BEST a huge thanks to the developers of this app :) keep it up
This takes Stephen Covey's first things first concept to a whole new level.
Plz add this repeat feature and keep it ad free..and make it paid.
Preferred not needing an account (local device only), but that option is gone. Didn't load fast enough to be handy, can't try updates/fixes without account. Guess I'll try something different
I loved it de app idea
Amazing app and easy to use
Great app, but occasionally duplicates tasks on my LG Nexus 5. Would pay for premium version with desktop sync.
Takes too long to load
It was working beautifully until the recent update. Unable to login since then with my FB account which is what I had signed up with. Says "Ooops! An error occurred while connecting to the server". Reinstalled but issue persists.
When I login with Twitter, and also using sign up. There are server connectivity issues and not able to use this product..
This app helps in reminding your tasks in priority basis and is user friendly. I love the bubbles and their colors.
I am giving 5 stars my phone does not have any magnetic sensor. But there is that bubble level effect. This one thing is enough.
There is nothing like if I want to set daily reminder or weekly reminder can u please put this thing in your app
I installed this and have been using it for several days. Suddenly my tags are gone, so I don't have different colors. Without that it's virtually useless. Also, I would love to see recurring tasks.
I find this app more visually pleasing than a plain checklist. It's mentally satisfying to see the task drop out of sight once it's completed. I also like the means of color-coding and resizing. One suggestion I have would be to allow for a ball to grow larger the more you put off the task. I think that would be another helpful way to use the sizing function. (Assuming that feature doesn't already exist, in which case I've missed it).
Tried to sign up for the app using Facebook, it failed 3 times, generating different errors each time. When it finally worked, the default screen said that the app was offline. I tried making the first item and wanted to set an alarm for it, but the date selection was mostly unresponsive and was inconvenient to use on top of it. I was very interested when I heard about this app, but it has been a total disappointment. I'm gonna keep trying to move forward with using it, but I'm not going to waste my time.
Really cool idea, but still rough around the edges. When I open the reminders, it's always 1900, but if I cancel & reopen it's 2016. Also, reminders aren't reliable, 1/3 of the time they work fine, 1/3 they vanish, & 1/3 they automatically change themselves back to 9 am on the next day after I set them. And a minor complaint, but to me there's not enough variation in bubble sizes. I'll check back in the future to see if/how this app develops, but for now it's not there yet for my needs.
I use it every day. A couple small problems though: occasionally tasks will disappear with no explanation. Also, I suggest considering recurring tasks as a feature to implement. I currently fake it by simply rescheduling the task instead of finishing it. And, an option to delete all the "completed tasks" might be nice too, it's not necessary (for me) to keep them forever.
Ball size barely visible under keyboard, not a big issue since you can hide the keyboard. Otherwise cool idea.
This is a great little task manager. I love the concept and will continue to use it. However, the app could use some more functionality such as reoccurring tasks and a better view of tasks I've completed. More stats and a graph would go a long way. Keep up the good work!
I love the idea behind this app. Todo lists on smart devices should be more than just replicas of their pen and paper counterparts. And this all really does accomplish a new way of looking at lists. Two suggestions: 1. Have the ability to add sub tasks. Here's how: make the bubble with sub tasks have two rings of color, indicating it has sub tasks. Then is you press and hold the bubble, it will expand and show you all its attached "bubble" sub tasks. Similar to how a mind looks. Keep up the good work!
I like this app, for me it is much less daunting to view my tasks for the day/ week in this format rather than the traditional list view. The only thing missing for me is a widget, hence 4 stars.
Accented characters (ť, š...) are missing in the ball texts. :( The ball size slider not visible under keyboard.
It looks great, but I can't sign up. Some type of server error with a try later message. I really want to try this app.
That's an awesome app, the visuals are really simple and effective, but I feel that to mark a task as done could be more dynamic, like just force swiping down the balls through the hole.
This is a great app, but the only annoying thing is that the calendar starts at 1900, so you have to scroll through a whole century to get to the useful dates.
Also no opportunity to try out the app without a log in or sign up. Therefore having been unable to try out the app, I was disappointed to see reviews that there is no recurring tasks.
There is no reoccurring option so i can set one and have it repeat every day at a certain time
Restarts never installs. Note 4 VERIZON . UPDATE :had to uninstall playstore to factory settings. Installed.
Only just started using the app, good so far but would love a basic widget to see all tasks and clear them off
Good idea but lacks polish. The task creation screen looks rough.
Would love cross device syncing. Edit: it does! Yay
