It is great app the only thing I think you need to do is navigation For example Some times you receive a photo on whatsapp you should print and another photo on any another program So to print both of them you need to scroll down too much So in my opinion you should consider improving the navigation

i m able to scan any document through this application, even my e-studio6520 not in given list. Thats way i am not able to print any document through my android device, which is more hectic for me in my office hours. kindly add this machine e-studio 6520 in coming update to avail your useful application's services. You attention is keen interesting for us and our company. After that i ll give you 5 stars. Thanks

2050 not printing

Two issues. I am using a modern Android device where I should be able to print using the Android Print services. Toshiba should create a Print Service app instead of requiring to to use this to load the document. Issue two, I need to be able to print Black And White without a department code.

App could not find our Toshiba 565 on the same network as my Next book Tablet. Wouldn't work with Google Drive!

Could not find the MFP

This app by Toshiba has all the latest and greatest features one could ask for such as a CRISP & CLEAN QR code reader and image scanner. A must have for all of us "tech junkies" out there.

The app does what's is supposed to, connect to my Toshiba printer. The only thing that would make it better wouldn't be having to open desired print job in this app to print.

This app has most that you will need for an office environment: QR code scanner, image scanner and documents reader. It also has a user-friendly interface.

Broken for printing on 2540c with fw4123 as others have said only working for scanning wsd printing also seems to be broken on the device even though the function is turned on in top access along with snmp

How do I print to a localhost printer? I have port forwarding setup with ssh. It works fine on my p.c. But not on android.

Scanning discovers the printer for scanning, results are OK. But printing function fails to discover the same printer. There should be only one function, once connection is done, it's good for both functions, no need for rediscover the same device again.

I have Toshiba estudio 281c on my home network i can print wirelessly from everywhere but this app does not even find it. Pretty much useless.

For everyone complaining that it won't print from their device please see Supported Devices. Of the negative reviews I've ready, none of the devices listed show in the Supported Devices list. If it's not on the list, it won't work. Also read the Notes section too. My complaint is that the layout is too linear. Not easy to navigate. This could EASILY be redesigned for a better experience. Also the Images section shows the smallest thumbnails I've ever seen. Cannot determine out which image is which. Needs to be redesigned as well. Android 5 does start to make use of a proper print system so I'd expect to see Toshiba as well as others take advantage of this. LG G3 5.0.1 eBridge Print & Capture version 2.8.13.51s.

Work for a dealer, newest copier firmware causes the copier to go offline in the app. I'm sure new firmware will fix but it's a wait and see. Happens on Android and ios

Connects to device and works flawlessly, every time.

We cannot select multiple files from the gallery. If we select one file it works, if you select two files the app is no longer available to share to.

Have an MFP. The app is able to discover the MFP but printing doesn't work. With or without department codes.

After the update, I can't print colour. Pls fix, it keeps crashing on my phone and other phones as well. I set this up everyday for my new clients and it looks bad on our part. Thank you.

Cannot get this to connect from tablet or phone. Tried connecting to 2530 and 5520. Scan will connect but nothing happens. Print will not connect at all or the app crashes.

Free app that is print and scan capable. Easy to set up and supports QR codes. Make sure your copier is a supported model. This won't work with most older models but is great with all the current ones.

Great, easy to use app

Seemed to work well on my first attempt. I liked being able to print a QR tag and then attach it to the front of the copier to help other Android mobile users quickly find the MFP.

The next killer feature should be the ability to trim the photo captured document to the shape of the document, like you can in Handyscanner. Thanks for box support. Toshiba rocks!

Finds scanner but not printer!

Works great but I wish it had the option to print Emails.
