Sunset Grille, located at the corner of A1A Beach Boulevard and 16th Street, remains the most award-winning restaurant in St. Augustine, FL for over two decades, including being named the consistent winner of the annual Great Chowder Debate, claiming 33 awards in our 21 years of operation. Other accolades include being named People’s Choice in the Taste of St. Augustine, Taste of the Beach, Best of St. Augustine, and winner of Datil Pepper Festival. Situated on St. Augustine Beach, just south of St. Johns County Fishing Pier, our casual Key West style offers three different types of seating: inside dining, full bar with multiple TVs, or enjoy the ocean breezes from our second-floor deck. And while the atmosphere is relaxed, we are serious when it comes to the quality and presentation of our food, from the freshest seafood offerings including oysters, crab, shrimp, scallops and a variety of fish, to our hand-cut steaks and ribs, freshly made sandwiches, crisp salads and pasta dishes—even gluten-free items. Despite our hearty portions, you may wish to save room for one of our ice cream smoothie concoctions or our delectable homemade desserts, such as Key Lime Pie, Peanut Butter Pie or the Ultimate Brownie!
