Big problems, it freezes up, before the end of the story. Plus I purchased the story with Emily, and it didn't complete the story, either. If you install this, you'll get ONE (1), story!!!! The rest...You'll have to buy!!! Support seems non-existent, so beware. I smell a scam!!!!

The reason I said that was the game keeps saying down loading up dates for a while now and it makes my son up set he can't see it when that keeps Poppin up on the screen smh fix this please making children cry should. Not be your for tay

Spent the better part of an hour downloading this huge file and right out of the gate, it stopped working. Total crap !

I was really excited about this app. I am sure my 2yr old would love it too. Such a shame that it doesn't work. Just sits on the loading screen.

Wont load, stalls on updataing content. Galaxy S6. No issue with any other games. Seems to be an issue for a lot of people for a while now. Bad dev.

It's splendiferous because me and my friends help Thomas and his friends on this app on my ipad by using my phone to make Thomas go to sleep by choosing my songs and my stories in up all night episode

How dare you ask for the email so you can spam...Why make it direct at the adults? Surely you expected people to flag up this...So why do it?...Then when we use it it's rubbish

Does not load just a black screen with updating app.

Took so much memory literally had to erase everything off my phone and at the end it was for nothing. Didn't even work so disappointed and so were my twins unistalling

I tried repeatedly to do this app. Even contacted the app developer. Nothing works. Don't even try, your wasting your time.

After a long wait to.down load my child still can't get access due to updating contents . Waste of time

But it just keeps saying "updating" when I open the app... It's been updating for two hours... Uninstalling this app!!!

Well we got suckered... Paid for the complete app and all it does is freeze up! I have a disappointed toddler on my hands..... Thanks

Ugh fix this stupid updating content get it of I can't even play the game itself

Downloaded starts then goes to a black screen saying updating content for about 10 mins and then goes of and says it isnt working

My kids love it! My 4 year old gets so excited playing this and my 2 year old loves thomas.

It has a long time losing and I cannot play the game.

Why does it not get past the updating content screen? I just downloaded it for my little girl and she can't use it yet.

Thomas talking is really slow, they scared my son who loves Thomas a lot.. please fix it...

And off center on Verizon note pro. I'd buy the app and 5 star. You would think they could get the top of the line flagship androids right...

It always quites in the middle of the first game, plus in the same exact spot it won't let you hold the button down. My 2yr old loves Thomas but this game doesn't work.

Whenever I try to open it, it loads the title screen then tried to "update content." Instead of updating, it crashes my phone

Every time I get to level 1 part 3 it always stops and I have to start over 2-19-16 I was almost at level 4 but it keeps stopping

My 2 year old is obsessed with thomas and friends. So he loves when he says certain words and thomas talks back to him. Had a few issues with freezing and also turned game off one time but hours later here thomas talking from my phone, scariest moment I had for a while there haha

Spent quite a while downloading this only for it to say repeatedly that it had stopped working, not before they'd got my email address off me though. Utter rubbish.

My 3 year old loved this! However, we did have a few issues with it freezing and had to restart a few times. Other than that it's been pretty fun so far!

This app used to work but now just crashes on loadup. Even a factory reset and re-install did nothing to fix it.

Updating content. That's all it does. Nothing more. Not even any form of progress indication. It just sits on a black screen for endless hours. Useless. Uninstalled.

That's as far as I've ever got with it. It starts OK then after the first titles all it ever dies is say updating content. Waste of time

Sort it out. My boy loves this game and now it not working at all.

Stalls on updating content. On start up. Authors other app, Speakazoo, also fails to run. A real shame as both apps look like they would provide a lot of fun.
