The app really needs more work. Had a problem with my car battery and the app still indicated that it was healthy. Also not every journey is recorded.

Can't even log in. Waste of time at the moment.

The braking is to sensitive.

Can't complain it's really highlighted I need to change my driving style , plus the added bonus of a diagnostic tool to let you know if your car management needs looked at garages charge around £35-£50 just to look.

Initially this App was not working, but now it is it's very clever. Great features, simple and clear graphics. Looking forward to this service being developed further!

Excellent for keeping track of daily mileage and recording journey's.

Informative, but it's still finding its feet. At first glance the driving performance stats score your driving but without any ability to drill down into what it's marking you down for. Only found it buried in the individual journey history today! Not obvious - drilling down via the dials would be more intuitive. Seems overly harsh in what it considers harsh braking and cornering. Overall milage useful for insurance quotes. Currently only a reporting app, but scope for real-time audio notifications

Display iems overlap on Nexus 9 tablet, making it difficult to read. Especially noticeable on the "My Driving" screen. Also "My Driving" marks down heavily on speeding, but individual journeys show no speeding at all - why? Using the car's speed limiter gadget to make speeding impossible, and still this app marks down on speeding! It's garbage!

I have been using this app for more than three months now. After the initial euphoria, the interest died down pretty quickly. The app behaves like a school teachers who points out the mistakes, but does not tell you how to correct it. All it shows is overRPM. This could have done better than that. I would have preferred an integration of the route planner at the least. A big disappointment indeed.

Started well but changed and suddenly altered my scores. The algorithm seems to have been altered. My car is not diesel and is a Turbo and this appears not to be taken into consideration, over reving is hardly possible.

Often doesn't catch up. Today still showing driving home last night. Go back over previous days and some show 0%. Tracker v sensitive - roundabouts come up as harsh cornering. Otherwise quite useful and interesting.

Use the app on a galaxy s4 on Vodafone network. No issues at all. Reassuring that it has assessed my last month of driving as 99%. I rule! 27/07/2016 - update - while i believe the App still works fine, i think the plug in device is now faulty after 4 months of use. it is no longer accurately tracking my journeys, and currently believes rather than being parked on my drive, that my car is somewhere on a dual carriageway about 5 miles from where i live. Therefore I've altered my original 5 star rating down to 1 star. It now serves no purpose.

Just started using and seems fine, but it came up with a problem with a valve which is good but after stopping and then restarting car there is nowhere in the app to go back to find the fault to show a mechanic.Update: 1 June not working just drove 6 miles and according to app I have not been anywhere. Have uninstalled and reinstalled.will update again.

Latest update works excellently. My mpg is also improving if I drive without so many harsh braking & accelerations. Recommend.

You go onto the journey screen to see all your trips and half are missing off the bottom of the list isn't expanding correctly

When it works, it's functional. The design isn't particularly intuitive but it shows you what you need to see so not much to complain about.

After recently updating the app I can no longer use it. All I get is a login screen. When it worked it was good.

So far, so good! Works perfectly on Galaxy Note 4, with no issues whatsoever. I've had it for nearly a month, at the time of writing this, and have used the app on an almost daily basis after driving several hundred miles. The app receives and presents the collected data in a clear and easy to use manner. It would be nice to know though, what the apps criteria are for negative data, maybe in the form of a visual bar scale (eg. If cornering is measured by G force, show a visual representation of users data).

I am really unimpressed with this App. It freezes constantly during login and i have to always uninstal and install again for it to work. My 7 year old nephew could build a better app....Very unprofessional of AA.

Good Application, No issues

Fitted the device to my car and took it for a drive. The results made me laugh. I drive a sports car and the app is always saying I'm cornering too harshly. And everytime I press the brake pedal it knocks my score down. It even knocked my score when I didn't even press the brakes for a bend. There needs to be an option to tell the app if it's a sports car or not. My car is fitted with stiffer suspension and bigger brakes over the stock car, so it's bound to corner and brake better than stock.

GPS is still way out and this so called latest update says it has improved map accuracy. Also device does not record or register minor vehicle faults

Although it shows I drive a diesel when it's petrol and there's little info on who to contact when you change your car

Immediately after installation I thought it poor but after a few days it has improved having some data to work on.

Bad app that its slow and freezes, problems logging in to the service (both mobile and PC) and its definitely NOT my hardware - as I have latest software with all the necessary updates = genuine system and well loomt after hatdware. Shame on you AA, hopefully you can resolve ot quick...

Does this app work? I can not log on or load it onto my computer. What a waste of time. I had hoped for something more reliable very bad for AA reputation!

The app is poor. I have to keep submitting email address and password every time I want to use it. Also I am not able to log in thru the app. Can only log in thru pc. Worked fine when first used.

Worked fine when set up yesterday but today won't log in and needs credentials but won't reset password. Needs work.

Worst app. To deal with, will not connect to device, just freeze.
