Columbus Coffee Rewards App

Does everything it said it does, got the promo deal and was easy, helps when the store knows what they are doing. My wallet is almost empty of coffee cards now that I have this app.

App recently updated was much better before, now have to log in very time and pop up boxes that don't remember your selections so come up every time.

The old app kept me logged in, the new one I have to log into every time I use it. This needs to be fixed!

Same as other reviewers. Updated app keeps loggibg me out. Very frustrating for everyone when you're in a queue.

Sick of having to scan card everytime I want to use ph app. What's the point of having the app.

Update fixes the issues from previous version, thankfully. Working like a clockwork now!

New ap is nice but annoys me that keeps logging out then you have to go back thru all the permissions e.g. location alerts etc

Its annoying javing to log in everytime.

Prefer the old version as it left u logged in

After installing several times it did work once but now just sits on a blank yellow screen and is stuck. A terrible update that has ruined a great app.

How can you screw up such a simple app. Amateur central. Anyway 1 star for failing to stay logged in.

Updated to latest version and cannot log in . When resetting password email link gives error . Why do i need to re log in after an update .

It doesn't work, won't go past yellow screen. Why does a coffee card ap require access to my contacts? Uninstalling!

Frozen on start Columbus banner this update is flawed.

Went to use it at the store after update and it had cleared user and pwd. Which of course i don't have on me so it's useless. Gets crappier at each update.

Since update cannot log in or even do a new registration or reset password

Doesnt show my purchase history. Cannot click on the 2 for 1 coffee deal that it is showing. Does this app work?

Stupid app. Doesn't work properly. Can't access my voucher for my free birthday coffee.

Can't handle complex passwords prompts to enter card # or email but gives unknown virtual card when using email address's to login.

The app experience is dated, password reset doesn't work.

Didn't auto-receive a 2in1 voucher when I first downloaded and registered on the app!

Changed phone now can't access my account. Request a new password which never arrives at my email address. Now what Columbus???

How can I enter a surname of more than one word? Not that uncommon

I used it on my old phone but can't remember my password, however when I try reset my password it can't find my email address, if I try create new account tells me email is already used, whats going on!

App is pretty rubish really. Promos dont work and points are slow to accumulate. Please review Columbus

Promos return an error advising no image associated (and so no promo). Can't update preferences via the app or website - changes won't save via the app and generic error message via the website.

Looks cheap, Feels Cheap....needs some serious work done. - I signed up as a rewards customer via the App and would love the ability to add a rewards card for ease of being able to do a transaction.Sometimes i might be on a call and can't just hand over my phone to get rewards. - Application is slow to load most of the time and appears to hang in points. - even though i have been using the new App for a week, i still have no transaction history appearing both in the App and online. So not getting any rewards either. - Also i have set my default location on 3 different occasions (App and Online) and it still defaults to Ashburton...i live in Auckland. - Serving the coffee has slowed too as they shop has to scan it on 2 different scanners for rewards that don't appear to be going through...Staff look frustrated with it all the time. I wish i could give this a Zero stars cause thats all it deserves. Reverting back to the Paper cards might be the only way to keep getting rewards....well at least it is a full proof method!!!

This app feels like a cheap framework was used to just lash up something. It's sloppy and not at all designed like android apps should be. Then there's the rewards. 5 coffees is free one with the old cards. Now it's some hilariously large number. Sure you get points for other purchases but this does not offset at all the reduction.

Not convenient at all. Still waiting for my history to come through.

If I use a cardboard card I need to buy 5 coffees to get a free one. If I use this app I need to buy 18 coffees to get one free. Not exactly a loyalty programme.
