Downloaded this app because of the snow this morning. And there are only three incidents on the entire map, yet the TV stations are showing incidents, wrecks and slowdowns all over town. I'm deleting this app.

I can't really see accidents or other traffic snarls on the map with my phone(lg g2) the camera icons block the view and I cannot find a seeing to shut them off.

Why does this app need access to my identity and media files to update????

This current version needed to be reinstalled to work again. Now that it's back, there is not a single camera along my route to work that is on or working. Hopefully they fix these issues because the cameras were so helpful. This app's other features are just frankly done better in Waze or Google Maps. Easy access to those cameras though was this app's best strength -- when those cameras are actually working...

App updated Wednesday the 30th. Works better then before. I contacted KCSCOUT about the problems with the old app and they stayed in contact with me until the app was fixed.

This app could be better if it had the video cameras included. Only still images for night driving don't help a lot.

I cannot get app to load. Using a Samsung galaxy S7. Have installed it multiple times.

Back to the same loading problems it had before please fix your app only works over WiFi I don't have wifi

Keep getting "scout app has quit working. " Uninstalled and re-installed and still doesn't work.

I click on the camera it shows a screen shot from February is there a way you can watch the camera too see what the traffic looks like now

This app seems dated. Not all the features work on newer smartphones. For instance I try and change the layouts and it says that the app doesn't support multi-view. So I can't turn on or off any layers. The app needs to be more user-friendly and with new fresh look.

Downloaded it, opened the app. Immediately struck by its slowness to load, zoom, and scroll. Then I see a lack of features I expect such as traffic flow, and no configuration whatsoever. Immediately uninstalled and went back to Waze/Google.

Ever since I upgraded my phone a year ago, there has been no update. I no longer have access to the menu to select what layers to show. I can no longer see the roads due to the camera icons obscuring the map. The app worked good on my Galaxy S3,but is about useless on my S5. Google maps and Waze are a better way to navigate traffic backups.

This app seems to have a better selection of cameras than last year. And the images are much clearer.

App will not download been trying for three days

I am unable to download it. The error message keeps saying that the "package file is invalid." It would be a good app if it can be downloaded with out errors.

But it works flawlessly! More features would be nice like alert push notifications during certain hours that we could set, but it is small and works perfectly! Now I dont need to listen to right now traffic which is mostly commercials and only 20 seconds of traffic and half the time wrong
