ProntoForms - Mobile Forms

I love Pronto Forms, and if you are willing to learn a little bit about creating your own forms, it's actually quite easy and customizable, but you can't be a dork like some other whiners here who don't have a clue and don't appreciate all of the functionality and options you have with this service, so Trump supporters will surely whine about this liberating and powerful service. I'm in Automotive Evaluation and Sales, and I've created several custom forms for vehicle inspections. Immediately upon completion of the inspection and inspection report is emailed to my customer and sent to my Google Drive to be archived. It works flawlessly. I sorted all the reviews here based on having the latest version of the software, and there are ZERO reviews on the latest version, including reviews from 2017. Update your apps people, or quit your complaining.

Unable to use app. Crashes when signing in with Google account. Just sent crash reports to developer, hopefully they can fix the situation. I'm anxious to try this app and see if it offers the solutions I am looking for. Will update accordingly once I have access.

Be very very careful in your decision to utilize this companies products. I became a customer in September of 2015 & had only (5) forms that I needed to create, and was willing to pay their (INCREDIBLY PRICES) quoted in order to have them completed correctly. Thus far I have been thru (3) of their top rep's. and after over (3)! months of emails, requests, phone communications etc..... I still as of current have absolutely not (1) usable form. Not inclusively I had to pay for (7) pads for my employees to use and pay the monthly fee of over $30.00 dollars per pad per month, and this DID NOT include the fees that you are out of pocket per pad with Pronto Forms. In all it has cost me over $2,000.00 dollars to have all the pads, and Pronto Forms but GUESS WHAT ***as I mentioned earlier Pronto Forms did not get me not (1)! USABLE FORM. THAT'S $2,000.00 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES AND (0) FORMS!. Trust me if you are a small business and are budgeting RUN RUN RUN away from this company.

The free Google forms does this and much more; unfortunately there is no mobile app. I thought setting a multiple choice exam would be a snap. Sadly, the education templates as well as the actual capability in this field is sadly lacking. Three stars since I suppose others may find it useful to their field of work.

We've converted all our inspection and time sheets, effectively mobilizing all our field teams. Well worth the investment if you look at time spent on data entry and data management.

The new update is real glitchy can't select all and copy please fix

We have a note 8 tablet and every time you save and come back to it, it crashes. Just lost half of days work!

Really like the form and the way it works. Easier to get them to design forms for you to use.

Great program easy to use

Use this app for business and it is very east to navigate and keep track of inventory and how the store looks and what it needs done.

The app functions well in offline and online settings and easily helps me send files to both the back office and to my dropbox folders

Never had an issue. There form creation/conversion team is top notch. No more hassling with making pdf mobilized. Best moblie form platform out, and yes I unfortunately have tried them all.

We use this for our business, and having the added benefit of e-invoicing once a job is completed, saves our company time and money.

I do IT work but I also install gps tracking devices in 18 wheelers. I have to write down all of the vehicle info, take pictures, etc. It is time consuming to go back to the office and have to put everything together to send to a client. I use pronto forms to eliminate all the paper work and upload the form right when I finish a vehicle and my server automatically builds an invoice off of it and attaches both to an email and sends it to my client. Very powerful tool. Many people who are giving reviews don't seem too knowledged with computers. If you never heard of the word programming variable before then your not going to be able to understand how to use the user defined variables they given you the access to use from your form. That is one area they could improve in, creating a better interface which makes it user friendly to use the variables of your forms.

The forms are constantly freezing and saying there are errors, the data wont show up, etc.

Won't authenticate the server after many tries... Sprint/samsung epic

A companion to the main website so you can display custom forms. It is not a stand alone application. Fantastic for property inspections.

First time on a device it connects great after that it won't refresh or reload on the xoom or fascinate
