Brilliant app - best for Indian meal records There's almost all Indian dish i found in this app. The standard measurements include 'katori' and 'bowl' apart from grams, pieces etc. The app is smart and learns your preferences over time. It gives a very useful split up of protein, fats, fiber and carbs and points out imbalances in consumption as well as recommended foods. Plus it tracks health, calories intake and spend / burn etc and syncs to pedometer device for steps and calorie count. Great intuitive interface.

All in one application. The wellness corner app helps to resolve all health and diet related issues. HRA calculation feature also very good. Chat support with doctor and dietitian also awesome.
