Early in the process the service wasn't very good and had some complaints. The customer service folks addressed concerns quickly and this is now our go-to for delivery of top quality food. Thank you Caviar for putting together a straightforward app for delivery that takes care of all the tips and need for cash. See the total before you buy and courier bonus is included. Good concept but service and delivery fees are far too expensive. It would be better to have the restaurants compete for placement by offering cheaper delivery fees than their competitors, that way everyone wins. Regardless, the app is well done and I haven't had any issues yet.

First time ordering ran into trouble because the restaraunt didn't have what I ordered. Customer service asked me what I wanted to do and even gave me a credit on the order

Buttons don't work on S7. I'm hungry and the food looks good, but can't add anything to my cart. Used to work until a week or so ago. Tried to email customary service but the ticketing system is broken and just have door messages. Not impressed.

Tried to create an account 4 times & the app crashed each time. If I can't create an account, it's pretty obvious I can't use the app. Maybe try again after it's updated. But this version appears to need more attention to detail.

Can't even use it, so buggy. After installing tried using three times after fresh reboot... Each time pulls up and closes automatically option screens. App is completely unusable, won't even be able to try service Uninstalling

The referral system is messed up, it only lets you pay with a card (not PayPal, etc), and it charges ridiculous service fees. Everything you order on this will easily be $10 more expensive than Caviar's competition. Go elsewhere.

Love the variety offered. Lengthy wait, but there will be nothing they can do about that. Not living near the establishment you're ordering from should be expected and accepted because at least you have it to order from.

Garbage on 6P. Filters won't dismiss, back button throws app into animation loop. Totally unusable now.

I think that this app does a marginally better job than Postmates but both are now just scams where I have yet to get my food order right. I'm guessing the delivery people pocket the difference of what I get charged vs what I actually get delivered.

Unusable on my galaxy s7. Filters window will not dismiss. I'm unable to navigate the app. Pretty frustrating.

The service is good but the app sucks. Once I click on something I can't go back. It freezes between the two screens and I have to completely restart to look at anything else. Fix.

This is a bad app. 1. I am unable to view my cart after adding something to it. There is not a "View Cart" like there is on iphone. 2. There is no option to add to cart without emptying the existing cart, which i cant see. 3. There is no option to change the quantity of the items. Fix these issues and ill update my review and use the app.

My local Philz Coffee is moving to Caviar, so I downloaded the app. However, I keep being stuck in the delivery option, and unless I'm actually in the store, searching for Philz doesn't bring anything up. Since I order while commuting, not being able to see the shop until I'm in close proximity is really frustrating. I still can't tell if I can order pickup when I finally find it.

App is bugged -- could not clear cart for some reason. Could not place order. Uninstalled them installed again -- could not enter password ("next" button on sign-in screen not functional).

0 stars. Absolute garbage. Logged into account, it loaded my home address and then tells me there's no address entered. Galaxy Note 5.

Nice app for when you are in area devoid of lunch/dinner time eats. Restaurant choice in my area are good and they sign up new ones all the time.

Service Fee + Delivery Fee + Food + Tax = Overpriced service.

App does not work on Nexus 6p. None of the buttons​ works to add items to cart. I always have to go to the website.

Ordering coffee at Philz on the order ahead app was a breeze. Not possible on the caviar app. This is rubbish.

It's a good service but their service fees are really high. May go back to using a different delivery app with cheaper fees.

Good selection of local restaurants that keeps growing. Many offer free delivery, but that service charge!

It brings me yummy food and I can change the meals to have the ingredients I want. I like it.

This is my go to delivery app. Fast and accurate. Somehow still one of the few delivery apps that actually gives you on-map tracking. Orders routinely seems to show up ahead of schedule, but otherwise estimated delivery times are generally precise.
