Json Genie was created by the need of a developer.
Really, really fast
It is ridiculously fast, which was really important while creating the app. Our tests reveal that it opens a 2 MB json file in under a second. We even did tests with files over 50 MB and Json Genie handled them without a sweat.

Json Genie allows full reign over your json files. You can clone arrays/objects/values, you can add new arrays/objects/values, edit existing ones and even remove arrays/objects/values

A lot of good features. A couple issues to work through and could use more dark themes. Developer is responsive to feedback. Best JSON editor in the store.

Has not opened a single file I've tried. And thats at least 20! Either says invalid and does nothing or says loading...but never does.

Five stars if you add at least one alternate view, specifically a tree list. Otherwise, this is precisely what I was looking for, and it's stable.

Bought the premium, then refunded. Share option does not work, so the resulting json cannot be copied to the clipboard. Can't name a file or specify a save location.

Great controls to navigate tree / hierarchy!!!! You could use this as a general tree editor, and just plug into an XML converter or whatever tree format you like. This app should appear immediately when searching for "tree editor" because so many other editor apps do NOT provide the same awesome navigation as this app. I'm so happy I found this!!!
