uFollowit extends corporate communications to your mobile force; truck drivers, service techs, warehouse, outdoor and delivery personnel. After registration, you must enter at a minimum: a route, trip or order number. This will allow all related events and documents to be batched together for further processing and workflow integration. The service can instantly: notify all stakeholders at the time of service execution; provide automatic in-transit statuses including capturing data and distributing service completion location. Additional information can be captured with events that contain pre-defined lists, open text fields and barcode scanning with validation of data, this provides real time capture of location based transactions like the consignee or client name, number of pallets or boxes, signature and other related documents.
For those needing a customized / branded configuration, the application can dynamically change colors, display company logos and provide selection fields with pre-loaded options, document and event lists based on your unique needs. You can load images directly from your phone’s camera roll or send and receive forms to your unique mobile device. Users can download forms, view and sign eDocs specific to their company for automatic forwarding or manual printing via Android compatible printer/scanners. Once all the documents are captured, cropped and saved, these documents are batched and automatically forwarded to your back office system(s) via email or custom API/FTP/Web Services integration. Work great for me but now I am experiencing that the work sheet I'm turning in my settlement to direct deposit. Which I'm going to the edit manifest and selecting do not settle but keeps settling for me !? Also every time I scan my BOL...and click on the pay type I make sure it says do not settle...and it reaches my company as that...but on lets say my next BOL...I click on direct deposit it reaches my company as do not settle...it seems to default to do not settle regardless of what I click on...when I email me a copy it also defaults to do not settle...I wish you guys will fix any and all bugs since a my pay is absolutely the most important aspect of my business...

After taking a picture of BOL and I hit OK it goes to a black screen and I have to start over again. Sometimes takes 6 or 7 times b4 I get to the crop screen. This has been happening for several versions. Plz fix this. When this app is working right, it is awesome.

This app is by far the best thing to happen to scanning paperwork for a quick payday. If your company pays in 24 hrs and you can't get to a truckstop to scan, then this is the app you want. I love it. It is another benefit of technology that makes truckin' a lot less stressful. Customer service is great. Thanks to Danny and his team for resolving all tech issues. They are always creating enhancements and making app better.

I like not having to use the envelope but I do miss being able to review the documents before you actually send them and I don't like how if you take a picture of one document and you don't send it then the system automatically sends it a few hours later.

OK end of the month... I had intended to cancel this crap today b4 being billed for another month. I've learned that this POS app is actually working IN SPITE OF ITSELF(when not crashing). Autocrop is a joke. But my prob is with toll and scale receipts. When I get to the page to enter the amount there is no text box to enter the numbers! I've learned over the last few days that it doesn't matter. I can type the amount and Dart still gets the info even though I can't see my entry. ZTE Awe-N800. Android 4.1.2

It takes a few to get use to it .but still like the other features better when you do tolls dont put dollar $ just the amount 4.00 dont need to send envelope no more just your BOL, tolls so on an when you take a pick still miss being able to look at it first befor sending but I still get them in an get paid
