Customer service is the best part of this app. I had a problem with fnb accounts syncing and I got a response immediately via email to my query. The agent, Johani, stayed in contact with me during the fix. I wish fnb customer service was half as good as 22 seven

LOVE! I started using the app when it was still in beta back in 2010 (I think) and I've loved it ever since. I like that Ican't fake my budget as I can with a manual spreadsheet and that it gives me valuable summarised insights into how I actually spend my money. It took a while to figure out how to update my Capitec account due to their stricter security requirements, but now that I've figured it out I literally have all my money information in one spot. Incredible. I recommend this to anyone who ever mentions money to me. With complete peace of mind.

Love this app – the layout on mobile & desktop, the colours, the fact that it recognises the places I spend money at & automatically categorises it. Only 4 stars at the moment, though, which will definitely change to 5 stars if: 1.) an update will let us manually add cash transactions (and specify whether it's an expense or income/loan repayment/something) – at the moment, I categorise cash withdrawals under Transfers -> ATM & Cash, but I don't quite know how to/can't find a way in the app or on desktop to "micromanage" or that cash – something like a "wallet budget"; and if 2.) we can remove the categories with zero budget. And I'll write TWO five-star reviews if you can: 3.) add the functionality to see the budget for the next 6 (but preferably 12) months. I know it's a lot of work. "A lot" is probably an understatement. But it would be AMAZING. :)

It should be a legal requirement for everyone to have this app..simply awesome. Just one little request, can we see spent, remaining and budget? Sometimes I need a calculator to see the difference between spent and budget.

It's a really good app, but the fact that I can't delete unused accounts is really annoying. I can't delete/edit accounts while they're updating, but they never stop updating.

Great app. Love almost everything about it. But for the accounts that I create, it would be great if there was away to keep a record of what I have put in or taken out of the account, instead of just changing the amount. Also, if there was just a simple interest calculator that could grow the money in this type of account according to the interest rate the account holds. Other than those suggestions, you guys have created an amazing product! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Is there a way for the app to retrieve and use all transaction history of an account? Mine only displays from June this year. I installed 22seven earlier this month though. I haven't seen anyone else asking about this. Nevertheless, still a fantastic app. Thanks.

I noticed that the transactions in 22 seven did not correlate with my online banking accounts a week ago. Up until this point this has not been resolved. Furthermore their customer service from their support team is ridiculous, ie. Requiring me to investigate a year's worth of transactions to determine the incorrect transactions. Obviously 22seven do not realize that the value of their product is only applicable if it able to maintain the integrity of the data. Further it seems that their solution is poorly architected in that it is unable to recover gracefully from bad synchronization. I fear that a great idea is about to flop.

This app is really good, it has a very annoying bug though. When the dialog pop up appears to enter your discovery pin and you accidentally press anywhere else on the screen it disappears and immediately fails. I've struggled with this almost daily. After this otp also takes longer to get through and the dialog sometimes takes ages to appear, making it very hard to get discovery to sync

An extremely useful tool to have at your disposal. The graphs and colours allow you process your spending habits and debts much easier compared to just viewing numbers and jumbled account names. My only request is perhaps having the option to set different "Budget start day" for different months. I start my budgeting the day I get my salary which can be a day earlier or later than usually, depending in the month. Keep up the great work ????

Second time downloading this app. Stil same error. Use Same login details as I signin on websites. Just says cant accept login details. Why cant I just link my account details like acc number or card nr combined with my Id and you guys do some actual work in confirming details with the respective companies.
