twoanyone Food Delivery

Order Number 1561743 Food was ordered 10:40am. Est delivery time says 11:44am. It is now 12:30pm. Food is still not delivered, and i have not received a single text/call/any form of notification about the delay in my order. The least i deserve is a notice of delay so i have the option to cancel and order elsewhere. After sending feedback via website, an email, and a phone call, i was told that my order was on hold and that my food will be delivered if i am willing to wait until 2:30pm for my food.

It froze after selecting the date and time. I tried more than 5 times before giving up. Uninstalled!

I mean seriously, how do you expect anyone to order if the app doesnt work, the website doesnt let you login, and the phone number isnt working?

It asks too many questions, doesn't have a login to fb option, won't take any orders in general... nakakagago honestly. Uninstalling this. Pronto.

App doesnt work. Your order will be processed on app but not on their end therefore you will not received the food. You will wait 1 hour if you call them. They will not call you. Rude customer service representatives. You will be put on hold and tell you your order will be processed but it wont.

Tried to place an order just before this review at around 7:30 pm and estimated time of delivery given to me was 10:30 pm. Don't bother installing this app.

Its so annoying. So many glitches. I get so angry n annoyed while waiting for the app to open that I don't want to use it

don't install it bc It will never work, just waste of time, it should be removed from google play

Froze when trying to set delivery time, can't continue, what's up?

Bukod sa mabagal ung mga staff pa nila pag tinawagan mu ipapasa ka sa iba tas pa putol putol ung line nila
