I've played around with quite a few decision making apps in the store and this is one of my favorite. Very intuitive / easy to use. I like how I can create my own questions and answers and save them to reuse later. I've been able to enter pretty long text for the answers. I also love the feature that uses friends names from your phone book in the answers, and I think the Facebook integration is cool. Some of the pre-built questions and answers are pretty funny too. Highly recommended!!
