第三代产品很让人失望。有腕表功能固然好，但买这产品的人主要是为了羽毛球功能。结果你却把腕表模式搞成默认模式，每次开机都要先用手机打开app改设成羽毛球模式，让人不厌其烦。其次你们的app 界面中英夹杂，还常常无法及时显示上传的数据，要过几小时甚至几天才显示，甚至根本不显示

The app is poorly designed and difficult to use. It connects to my sensor, uploads data and then the data never appears in my app. The instructions to split games is unclear. Go back and start again as this is a complete waste of time and money.

My S6 able to connect bluetooth with usense, but my S7 edge cannot.

Not able to register a new account. The response is in Chinese ... google graphical translate app puts it as "The account is not formatted correctly" "Registered letter ring failure" I tried cell phone number ... different syntax ... nothing works. I am in North America. ... I tried email ad ID ... same problem. ... Password with 4 numbers works now. Registered id on other news app... Now it works.

Purchased sensor.. Can't register App. Keeps saying no connection when I try to register as a new user. Tried the tennis app registered first time (pity I don't play Tennis!)
