The pay is cut regularly. I am not sure why. On a 30 fare the driver sees 3.75. It won't be long till everyone quits in Denver because of it.

Takes forever to load and get started; sat in my car for 10+ mins waiting for the blue screen to actually load the map. Also, the help section is not very straightforward with messaging support. I called and they said there should be an option to message but I see no such thing in existence under that tab.

I have been driving for Uber over a year. I updated my bank account and over a week later instead of sending my payment they asked me to verify my changes as if it wasn't me. I still have not gotten my payment and the help feature is not resolving my issue. The problem I have with that is when I change my bank account Uber sends a text to let me know there is change. It instucts me to inform them if I wasn't the person that made the change. Obviously it was me because I did not respond and they suspended my payments anyway. I am never driving for Uber again as I still have not been paid.

Sometimes the navigation tweaks! I go online for 5 hours tops and my battery is half way from dying. This app drains my battery usage sooooo much! I literally carry an extra battery handy just in case my phone dies on me. It's frustrating. I keep my car charger plugged in to my phone while Ubering and it still drains my battery! Wish there was a way to prevent this!

Would be nice to know how long a rider is going before they are picked up. Surge is such a scam, I was online in surge area for more than 30mins with no request. And don't ever try driving to a surging area because it disappear as soon as you are feets away from it.

Uber needs to step up their game. The amount of driving in respect to pay is a joke. They don't help with repairs to your vehicle due to extensive driving. Customer service is a joke. And not telling drivers where passengers are going until they are picked up is bogus. Fix these issues and drivers will be happier. And help pay for car repair and maintenance.

App needs A LOT of work. About a quarter of the time it sends you to the wrong location - for some reason it likes to send you to the alley behind the address or the other side of the block. This is exacerbated by the app not showing the destination address. I've also encountered weird quirks that have prevented me from confirming pick-up or delivery.

Two improvements that can give the app 5 star: 1. Improvement on pick up location at times it takes you far off. 2. Integrate into the system routes that have minimal traffic. Currently it only shows that the route has traffic but does not use alternative routes without.

I'm an Eats driver. It's embarrassing how far off the GPS is on this thing. Especially if you're delivering to a business that doesn't have a clear posted address on the outside. Been told a few times the wrong side of the road to deliver on also.

New Navigation part and the the braking and acceleration tracker part will not update on my app. I've gone into the Hub and no help. I have sent a text support ticket and no help. They keep saying it's my phone, it is not my phone. I can log in on other devices and it still does the same thing. My husband had the update, I log into his phone, back to how it was before. It won't update and no one is helping! Very frustrating!

Uber is greedy and keeps too much money out of the fare Lyft is the answer! With what Uber keeps plus taxes is 45% so minus gas you're only keeping about 35% Lyft plus taxes equals about 25% so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time!

Slow, annoying navigation/narration, way too much confirmation needed for every little thing, like it was made for people who never saw anything more tehnological than lightning. Really, don't mean to down the app but it's really the worst platform app I've ever dealt with :(

Continue using uber if you want to send rider to work for free. The error keeps popping out today 1/7/16 and after my long trip with rider, I cant complete trip and the trip disappears saying internal server error!

The app kept crashing and it made really hard to : 1. Confirm the pickup (took like 10 minutes) 2. Get the actual location of the delivery (it just continue to crash) 3. Confirm the delivery (took another 10 minutes) Hope this gets resolved because other wise it's impossible to use the app

Your latest roll out is broken. Drivers cant use trip preference. Drivers are only showing up as x in a market that has x xl and select. Green light can't help and in app support is like talking to a dead horse

The only thing I would suggest is better navigation. I don't know how many time the uber GPS has taken me down some sketchy back alley to try and pick up or stop off someone. It also takes the longest route possible for each ride, which I do not like. I would use my google maps, but I don't want to have to toggle all that while I'm driving. Please fix the uber GPS.

First week of driving and things are intuitive. The app makes becoming a driver easy. Only glitch I had was choosing Wazes as my preferred navigation app. Since then Wazes keeps saying GPS not found. Google navigation is working fine and I'm getting by with that.

Lots of technical issues. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. Will randomly go offline when im in the middle of a ride. Technical support never really helps and might as well be nonexistant :(

Its alright except for they don't show no help, tips or anything extra for people who are walking and riding their bike. Its seems only helpful for those in cars. Also my app constantly freezes when I'm online kind of aggravating. Otherwise than that it's cool

Ok. But with problems. 1) It turns on my Bluetooth without need or permissions. 2) intermittent loss of order descriptions. It will display quantity, but of what is blank. As such, very hard to confirm if order is correct

OMG Driving me crazy ! Why promise $1500 a week ? Maybe $150 after be online for 40 Hours its looks more truefull. Disrespectful JOB using my Car miles - Gasoline - My tine to make $150? Spend more money for developers to make more Accurate GPS using your own server not API Services dont be cheap! I will never recomend drive with UBER its not healthy job!

Overall it's a nice app. Flexible way of earning money. But I hate when there is "boost". I hardly get deliveries during boost. For example, right now I got only 1 delivery in 4.5 hours. If there is no boost I earn a lot more than this in the same duration.

With the new updates for the uber driver app. You can no longer change the drop off destination for your uber riders anymore. Plus, theres a message that keeps flashing on the app when driving a rider to there destination saying "error can't change destination" every couple minutes. Please, fix this bug. Because, it really helps us uber drivers when a rider logs in the wrong destination & we have the freedom to confirm & change it.

Uber advise you to fix defects the way they know wouldn't help ( take out battery, turn bluetooth off etc ). Needs entrepreneurs to compete. Cabs fall because they didn't have any. In the meantime I treat passengers the way uber treats me.

Apparently the vehicle that I had been driving for uber is now too old it's a 2011 outlander. It took them 15 emails to tell me that. I'll just For lyft. They are easier to use and don't give the headaches to communicate like uber does. I'll never hire a uber and I'll never suggest anyone to get in a uber again. Thanks for absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

The app is a little confusing when you first start driving but within a matter of hours it all makes sense and it's very well put together. I'm a first time ride share driver and uber support is very helpful.

Like this app in general. Very good at finding me trips along a destination or pickups that are close to a drop-off. However, the current version seems to be less stable. (Note: also possible could be my phone hardware. Phone is a Nexus I got last year and I get service through Google fi if this is relevant.) Network error prevented me from going offline twice when I wanted to and had to uninstall and reinstall the app. On a ride, the estimated time to pickup the passenger and later drop them off never decreased (although gpa directions worked fine.) Also, phone froze after accepting two rides and had to restart phone to get things working again. Looking forward to more stable next version. App good otherwise. Thanks!

Dear uber partners I request you all to observe each and every trip fare because there are too many complications in calculations. If I question uber partner executive regarding this simply they're answering that you didn't follow the GPS route or mentioning that according to the transport department of Karnataka state government rules we can't charge more than 19.50/- inr. But uber is charging customers without surge19.50/- then what's the use of showing surge in boost areas. just uber is playing mind games and trapping all the driver partners to create situations. what kind of cheating is this ? And partner care executives are totally helpless just they will try to confuse or cornering the driver partners. Nothing useful

I really enjoy Driving with Uber. The app is easy to use and the navigation works well. I do wish there was a way for drivers to get support if needed. There is no real person to talk to about an issue unless it is regarding an emergency. That is the Only issue I have.

8/23/17 Latest update has good features, but I was unable to accept three prime time rides this morning alone due to some glich. I had a 100% acceptance rate before this and my earnings this morning suffered. Please fix the bugs.

App getting worse and worse every day with every single update. They add visual garbage like "fun fact about driver" and "listen to our sponsors while driving" and get rid of essential functions like opportunity to reach customers via SMS or to see drop-off address on the main screen. If this is a way of showing disdain towards your "partners", don't bother yourself: very low fare makes the point clear enough.

Too many bugs. Crappy directions. Having to restart it just to get location mode working. Bluetooth recognition is the shoddy work of interns, at best. Crashes a lot. Keep having to relog into my Pandora account

Uber takes alot from their drivers. Over 50percent of the fare is an excessive amount, especially when the driver uses their own car, their own gas and the maintenance of the vehicle. Uber should be more considerate of their drivers and should take care of them. Uber provides a platform in which consumers and drivers come together, that is it. Aside from this the driver does alot to make sure the consumer gets to and from their destination. This is something that you superiors at uber should be aware of. This is very unfair to the driver. I love driving but I dont love being ripped off by uber. The percentage should be adjusted. I have pictures to prove what I'm saying, where can I submit them? I've also contacted Uber support about this issue multiple times and nothing has ever been done. I also have emails to prove this. Where should I submit them?

Uber should let drivers pick the cities where they want to pick-up and drop-off customers. There is a city that I would like to avoid going in to because it is too complicated for me to drive when I'm there, not to mention traffic is also a pain.... So having "radius" Filter would help a lot so a driver don't have to go far away and stay in the city.

It's somewhat confusing, doesn't interface with my Google map very well. It takes you to the wrong place sometimes. Their competition has a better interface.

App is ok however it really needs to show the destination address BEFORE and after you accept a rider. We should not have to accept a rider without knowing where they want to go. I have talked to riders and they are surprised I don't know their destination, all I have are driving directions after I arrive to pick them up.

The uber app navigation is so broken and outdated, missing many roads and tell me to take left turns where its either illegal or completely impossible, and often can't even view stats because it can't connect to uber servers

Uber eat I don't like it when 7 +mile to pick up for $2 . Or show up to pick up and they don't have what was ordered on the menu. It count against the driver because somebody's playing they need to figure out some way to charge these people
