UBS Access – secure login for digital banking

Used to work perfectly fine until this morning. Now it stopped working all of a sudden. Password is entered correctly but then app shows a white screen and runs indefinitely without actually logging me in. Please fix.

App immediately crashes after opening on Nexus 5x / Android 8.0. I have reached out to the customer service 5 times since 6 weeks ago, but there has not been a working update yet. I tried deinstalling and downloading the app again a few times, reboots, etc. Nothing works. UBS e-banking has suddenly become much less useful than before. 2 stars because I really liked it when it was working :) Downgrading to 1 star now. It's been over two months of constant crashing. ---- Update after 2.0.4 release: App still crashes on Oreo / Pixel 2

Crashes immediately. Used to work just fine before. I am on the Oreo beta for Galaxy S8.

Not working on my Xiaomi Mi A1. The application crashes after inputting the device name while trying to register a new device.

Keep crashing as soon as I open it. I should note that it's the first time I'm trying to use it.

"An error occurred" beim Einrichten. Wenn es noch einen kleinen Hinweis darauf gäbe, was denn der Fehler ist, wäre das ev. hilfreich. So ist das App leider unbrauchbar.

Horrible setup procedure starts from 0 every time the screen locks. Very annoying.

Crashing immediately on Huawei P9. Would expect more from the app for banking

"an error appended" is all you will get. Even registration is full of bugs. Garbage.

Didn't work on my Xperia Z5. After I managed to enter the access code in the ridiculously short time you have, I had to enter a name and a pin. No matter what, an error occures.

Doesn't work on a Pixel phone running Android 8.0. Crashes immediately after start before even being able to setup.

Works perfectly fine for me. Latest update regarding using it on multiple devices and app activation without registration key makes the app even better.

Just downloaded it and I can't even register my S6 Edge. It is a very good idea and I am happy that it may work for some, but it does not work for me and I do not know why.

It works ok but they should defenantly add a fingerprint access instead of pin code..

Hey UBS, would really appreciate if you could fix it so that you can have the app on multiple phones, or at least unregister one phone to be able to use another one. My phone died without me being able to do anything with the app on it. Now with my new phone I would like to install it but this problem persists. Otherwise the app was working fine

Probably the poorest thought out banking app ever created. If you have to change smartphones due to the one the app is installed on dying, UBS "support" are not able to deregister the old phone and send the new registration key. They tell you to request a card reader and card so that you can log in to request the new registration key.

Can confirm it crashes on Mate 9 (dual SIM phone). UBS should fix this ASAP. This is 2017 guys! Edit: Contacted support as requested in the comment from the developer below. No reaction. This seems like window dressing to make it look better in the reviews.

Not able to login anymore to the E-Banking app. Always displays an useless error "An error has occured". Pretty bad!

I'm a normal user of Google Pixel Phone. App tells me I rooted the phone. WTF! Completely useless.

Refuses to launch on my Xiaomi phone. Seriously we are in 2017 there's more phone manufacturers than Apple and Samsung!

Doesn't work on dual sim mobile phones (crashes upon setting a pin). What a rookie failure for UBS :(

I should be able to decide whether or not I want to use it on my rooted phone. Other banks are fine with this...

I use it regularly it certainly improves my ability to Access my online banking with the added functionality I require
