Useless app, had to program the remote manually. The procedure it tells you to do with the remote to get it to connect with the app the remote won't do. Setting the remote up wasn't much better either.

I only see pair remote when I open the app

Not bad, connected and found the remote ok. But considering a USP of the remote is macro programming it is a shame this is not also covered by the app.

I'm giving this 2 stars because it's a very poor app, but it does work if you're persistent enough. My VHS/DVD twin recorder needed to download a code. The app was convinced that it had all been done, but the remote had not been updated. After I deleted and reinstalled this app, I was able to try again, and this time, successfully. I still have to figure out my Android MBOX settings.

Purchased the remote because of the possibility to have the app companion. This has not worked. Specifically had to go and find a device with older Android version and it still does not work. App constantly loses connection with the remote even though they are not more than 1cm apart. Fix your stuff

Doesn't work on Moto G4 (2016) Marshmallow despite G4 supporting BLE. Screen leaps about like app is having a seizure. Useless.

Cant find ps4, sharp tv nor amazon fire tv. Not for me. Plus app is ridiculously flawed and slow

Why have I just been CONNED into buying a new £40 remote control when the app doesn't work AT ALL? Fix or refund. Awful slap in the face to your customers.

Simply awful. Terrible experience for the outset where I followed their QR which leads to a page that doesn't display correctly. The links to the app store returns an error in GB EN (works in other languages). The app doesn't have the features mentioned in the support forums. The app is clumsy - I define my devices but only a few sync. There are features that can be configured manually that the app doesn't support (like assigning multiple of the same device category like addining multiple media players). The bluetooth trigger sometimes works which is frustrating. The Logitech remote software apps were just as shcoking but at least their desktop software worked.

Doesn't connect. If the remote is as useless as this app, then it's going back. Bad advert for the company.

Very disappointed - does not work as advertised and I'll be returning the remote. One to avoid.

Worked perfectly, controls everything but my Android TV box. It even turns my Xbox on. Once you get to grips with it it's a great remote.

What rubbish and the remote is not much better

Will not pair with a Note 7, S5 or 10.1. Pointless. The remote wont operate a Sony blu ray UHP-H1. The newest Sony blu rays have a totally different frequency now. What a waste of my time. Reading the reviews, this app seems to have been broken for 2.5 months.

Can't pair at all.

I have a HTC M9 and it. Used to work on my phone six months ago, I could pair but now it doesn't do anything. What have they done to break the app.

Pairing with the phone via Bluetooth was the selling point for me in deciding to grab one, a feature distinguishing the device from hundreds of its opponents, for me at least, but turned to a disappointment in short as this feature cannot be utilized due to some reason (pairing cannot be performed in my case, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Android 6.0.1 as well).

Does not even pair with Samsung s7. Looks like someone just uploaded the app w/o testing. Or maybe there is no even such feature in the remote, just lying to the customers and given by the such low rate this might not be far from truth. Remote can't be recommended to buy either, it seems to "forget" and replace previously assigned buttons over time, which is very annoying.

Doesn't sync with my phone at all so is completely useless. It's supposed to be one of the main selling points of the remote too.

Will not pair the remote with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The user support explained that "The remote and the App are compatible with Android versions above 4.3 but not with Marshmallows version.". So I guess that's the reason. Maybe they'll fix it eventually, maybe it'll work with Nougat, who knows.

Will not pair with my Nexus 6p .... Completely useless app!

Unfortunately this will not pair with my remote on my HTC One m8

No options for macros or advanced button setup. Can do just as well using the code DB.

Probably the new update screwed it up

Very easy to use, even magically detects my Yamaha Amp !!
