Ulta Beauty

Continually freezes and stops working while right in the middle of searching for and researching products. If I am able to get a search results list, it stops and says "no search results produced" and exits...in the middle of scrolling through the results it produced. Very frustrating.

I'm a MUA and buy EVERYTHING I need at Ulta.Im usually in the store once a week and ordering online almost Daily. The app Super easy, great rewards,

Much improved with the new update. One problem still remains. The reviews "double" themselves when scrolling through. In other words, you see the same top 10 reviews twice. Has been a problem for a long time.

I absolutely loved this app but it keeps crashing on me now and a little pop up window tells you that "the search is invalid" even after you've looked through most of the products. Once that gets fixed I would gladly give 5 stars

The update fixed the purchasing issue!!! I love this app since my local store somehow opened a new rewards account for me even though I've been platinum for over a year. Definitely prefer this app to dealing with the staff at my local store.

I love that Ulta has Lorac because Sephora doesn't, and Lorac is one of my faves! However, I hate that I can't save my cart. It disappears after like 10 minutes, so I wasted my time filling my cart and have to go through and find everything again. Which is fine, but I'd rather just use another app that will save what I've added.

I appreciate the app's ease of use and always having the store coupons and deals handy. I wish the rewards card popped up on the initial page like the Sephora app. Overall very helpful app.

Awesome app. I use it to research products and other reviews. I keep track of points shipments and coupons. Only thing it cant do is my hair and make up

Great and easy to use. It's really nice to be able to favorite the things I want but can't afford yet, and let's me track deals and my points easier.

The app makes viewing, add things to your cart, writing and reading reviews, and asking question about products easy. It also gives you coupons and let's you know of current promos and keps track of your points. I like it, and I'm on it all the time.

I love ulta, but this app is terrible! It won't load my account. I tried uninstalling and then installing the app again and still nothing. All it does is keep loading and loading, but it doesn't ever pull it up.

After you scroll down a couple times a window pops up and says sorry this is no longer available and closes the app

Easy to navigate & order no matter where you are! Never have had any problems using this app.

This app is very convenient and love some of the prices compared to big stores such as Sephora or any high makeup brand stores. And their products are really good and comes from high brand companies as well so there is no fake products. In overall, I enjoy the app very much.

My only issue with this app is that it freaks out when I go to check out sometimes. Won't let you progress past a certain point. Samsung Galaxy note 4

If you shop at Ulta, you know that they have great online deals, and that some items are only available online. This app is much better for online shopping than the Ulta website. It's much more user friendly in every way. Wouldn't be without it.

Sometimes when you are scrolling through products an error pop-up takes you back to the menu. Annoying when you've scrolled through 100 products looking for something.

Love the store. Not the app. Constant problems. Went through today and faved 6 or 7 things only to realize nothing had saved and I can't remember everything I had been looking at. Fix the bugs and it will be 5 stars all the way. Had to change my review to 1 star. This app crashes CONSTANTLY. So sick of it. UPDATED! this app has worked flawlessly since the update. Love it!!!

When I'm looking at my Favorites, I don't want to get sent back to the top of my list if I try to go back after looking at an item from my Favorites or if I delete an item. It's really annoying having to continuously scroll through my long list.

Very easy to use .makes shopping alot easier on me .i highly recommended this site to anyone who loves shopping online for any kind of make-up or hand soap or any other beauty products you would love to have in your life❤❤❤❤

It's OK, but every time I try to do a search or shop by brand, it pops up saying sorry can't find results of search & closes. Please fix.

It's a very convenient app. It used to have some errors show up if you tried to scroll through certain product lists but it seems that's all been fixed after the latest update. It's easy to use and well-organized. I did prefer the old layout of items with two in each row and a bigger thumbnail of the product but that's personal preference

If you shop or know anything about Ulta you need this app. Sign up for the rewards card and you will be blown away by the deals, hot sales, free gifts and free samples. Honestly my absolute favorite app. A makeup junkies dream come true
