Grocery Gateway

You might as well walk to a store and buy what ever you need, and chances are their "weekly specials" page will still be loading when you get back. Same with ever other selection. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Since the app update, it's been ridiculously slow to load and use. Switching tabs/products, searches, accessing my cart- basically everything takes a minute or 2 to process. Not an efficient use of my time at all. I've had to start using the website from my desktop, which is equally inconvenient since the only time I'm at a desktop is at work. If possible, this app is even slower now after more use with the upgraded version. Sometimes, selections don't even load. Ever.

I can log in but finding anything and adding it to my cart is tedious. Many of the links in the sidebar don't work and return a 404 error. Navigating through the app is also painfully slow. What normally takes 10-15 minutes took over an hour. The old app before the redesign worked much better. I'll be going back to the desktop version for now. No doubt this will affect sales as it's not as easy or convenient to order when you're on the go anymore.

But since the update (however pretty) it's almost unusable it's so slow. Sad because the service and products from Grocery Gateway are exceptional.

I find the app slower than the website, but if I enter each section and filter it for the sales it works well. The only downside is sometimes, when I allow subs, what I get is not similar enough, eg. Ordering ball park hot dogs and getting little weiners.

Takes forever to load pages. Haven't ordered for weeks because it's so much of a hassle now.

My screen saver kicks in before a page loads.

I think Loading... that this Loading... app might need Loading... some optimization as Loading... it takes Loading... forever to use. Also, Loading...

I can no longer log in. My queries to Longos have ceased to be answered. As with many of you my business has gone elsewhere. Surely it must be costing them more to continue with the new app and website than it would to back track or fix it.

Still won't connect & still no response from Grocery Gateway.

Bring back the old app this one is slow as hell

This app is useless. It doesn't allow you to log in

Used to order via my phone all the time now I can even log in. Nothing happens after I put in my user ID and password.

Tried logging in after the update and not happening. Tried on my iPhone log in works

No forgot password, removal of delivery times too.

Great redesign

I love Grocery Gateway. I think of things to add to my order on the fly though. I have been unable to use the app to modify an order for at least a month now. I get a system error every time. I can't always get to my computer. Please fix! When it's working I'll be happy to 5 star!

It can not connect to internet. I download and uaed an app for an other store while hopeing it would finely connect. It never has

Have to exit in and out of app to see updated items in cart. Keeps saying internal Server Error when I try to add multiples of a particular item.

Used to use this app/service all the time with no issues. Now any time I try and use it, I get internal errors and it won't put anything into my cart. Alot of pictures are missing as well as descriptions of products. Won't be using/trying to use this app/service again

Using a google nexus 5 and boy does this app help me when I am running late and want my groceries delivered to my home when I want it! I set the date and time and pay online!

Love Grocery Gateway, but app is really lousy...limited compared to full site. I've been a customer for 15+ years and will continue to be, but you need to overhaul app to step into the mobile world and incoming grocery apps like Instacart etc.

I used this all the time to shop with and now its not working at all. What happened, I can't search I can't see pictures nothing...

I can never modify an order properly. It's good to start an order but to do full placing for delivery I still use computer. It doesn't seem to work well for modifying and I do that a lot.

Talk about a game changer ~

So terrible. Can't update/change user info, error when you try to change an order (within the allowed time frame and won't show you to reselect your time frame), and runs terribly slow. Fix these things and I'll upgrade my rating.

I find it freezes on me a lot, and is generally pretty slow. Frustrating when I want to make an order. Still better than going to the grocery store though.
