8FACT - Facts You Don't Know

The app starts on the same fact every time you open the app. All the facts are always in the same order. You have to swipe through every fact you've previously seen in order to see anything new. This issue coupled with the problem that many of the "facts" are either wrong or opinions makes this app unusable. I am uninstalling. It was slightly entertaining the first time I used it...

It's a great app it's just that everytime I open the app, it shows the exact same facts from the first fact to when I last opened it and it just annoys me because I have to swipe millions of times to pick up from which fact I left off. Wish you could fix this and load new and fresh facts each time I open the app. Also, would appreciate it more if you could make this app offline. Thank you!

I haven't seen anything new on 8fact for months... push notifications won't turn off but doesn't offer any new interesting facts. Furthermore, I've researched a few of the 'facts' and most of them were wrong. Uninstalling.

Most facts are false, for example. "Wedding rings go on the left hand because thats the only hand that has a vein connected to the heart" an that's a lie look it up. Get a fact checker before you post "facts"

Some facts are made up, there are quite a few opinions, and what is worst the facts are all in the same order so you have to swipe through all of the old ones. Also I frequently get a large pile of blank cards that won't go away.

A really interesting and funny way to kill time... I hope they launch a Spanish version to all people who don't get use read it in English, because the app is great

Maybe you could put categories in. And one categorie called "Random" which would generate random facts. Anyway i love this app. Makes me learn new stuff, and pass time on my boring college!

Need more improvement! The refresh button is disgusting. Shows the same thing over and over again...

And it said "your all caught up!" I was so sad ! Because i liking it more than social medias ! I wish its not just 1000 facts but 5000 facts ! But i still not uninstall it ! Because my favorite facts are saved in there.. And i still need it, incase of i forgot it

The facts are sometimes fake and repetitive. Thats why 4 stars, but... Expect this rating to change because I will probably have fun on the app and feel bad afterwards.

All the so called "facts" in this app are based on opinion and trends. Worst place to get "facts". I'll stick to studies and scientific literature. Best part of the app is the uninstall feature..

I dare say that many "facts" are not true, it would be great if you implemented links to the fact bases (weather on Wikipedia, college books or theorists papers) on the matter and community calcification of each fact.

I will never run out of topics in a conversation again hahaha. Only problem is they mix facts with cheesy motivational quotes that have nothing to do there, but its not that annoying

The app is packed full with all sorts of interesting facts and it could even be called educational to some extent. I like the fact that you have the option to save what you like best. It would have been better if it could be used offline, but I suppose that would have added a few MB. I also would like to see the facts grouped into categories in order to be appropriate for all ages.

BUT, it must have a search option in the facts you like section. It'll be comfortable to find them.

I would say 50% of the information stated is true and the rest is just merely false stories,hoaxes or inaccurate information carried over from false sources...i understand you want to share as many facts as possible but please ensure that your information is true I've also seen facts on here that contradict one another

While there are a lot of seemingly infinite (and interesting) facts.. The app presents a few problems such as: contradicting slides, lack of sources, and some biased/debatable known "facts". 8FACT also provides inspirational quotes which, while they can be facts, they are not the best format for the purpose the app is supposed to serve.

I disliked that whenever I open the app I have to go through hundreds of facta I've already been through. Please correct it

It's a very entertaining app but they should make it to if u refresh it only goes to the previous one and they should have something to where they tell u if u liked it or not

It's a great app with loads of facts... But, sometimes you get some facts that are totally ridiculous and obviously incorrect...

Really fun to just read all the facts in my spare time or before bed to make my eyes tired! Some of the facts I already know but there are some new facts that I'm learning so it pretty cool! I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys facts!

Interesting facts! But the app sis a little laggy and the loading of images is slow. Fix it please! Thanks!

Its great, but it would be even better if there was an option to search a certain subject or topic and all the facts that pertain to that topic show up...

Have some down time, or maybe you have a 100 things that need to get done?? 8Fact is fun learning.

Was my favourite but now after 2 -3 slides, facts goes blank (black pages) and i am not able to view them even after reload.

I need a search button for a searching a fact! But overall it's great!

It's a very knowledgeable app with lots of unheard facts. I really like the concept of it .. We all know that it not only consists of FACTS but also inspirational and motivational quotes .. Good Job ;)

It's a useful app but the problem is you cannot use it offline. So, I'm asking the developer to let this app work even offline. I'll rate it five star if it happens to work even offline. Thank you and God Bless

Every time i would need to reload it, it would show me all the facts that i have already seen (I also would have to keep swiping for a long time begore seeing new facts again) this happened about 6 times already please fix it!

I read this app for two days straight, I always swipe right because I now have a fear of missing out on an awesome fact. For a week after I literally had something to say about everything anybody ever said. It was cool at first.... But then I couldn't stop! My brain was so filled with all this new knowledge! So I had to delete it and 'redownload it because I needed.... Just one more fact.

Can you make scrolling just as easy as on the 9gag app please? It's way too hard

It's a nice app. Nothing exceptional. But it ain't bad either.

Could've been much better with more fluidity....

Great collection of facts, funny ones and shocking ones, silly ones, all really interesting

This app is great for those who enjoy learning about interesting facts about random things, people, places, history, etc. This is an example of one of favorite facts so far-- "Neuroscience studies have shown that eating two cheeseburgers is the pleasure equivalent to an orgasm." Good to know right? Lol. I think most of the negative reviewers are being a little too picky about the interface but its totally fine in my opinion. The best is sharing them with friends and their reactions of surprise/disbelief. ;)

This app sucks. Half of the "facts" are opinions and beliefs and unproven ideas. And some of them aren't even true. I'd estimate that 40% of these are actual facts.
