В меню большинства ресторанов вы обязательно найдете блюда из свинины, говядины и курицу, наличие блюд из этих сортов мяса можно считать аксиомой и отражает вкусовые предпочтения большинства наших сограждан. Конечно, нам не чужда тяга к экзотике в виде различных даров моря, но в случае подготовки к домашнему застолью мясные блюда будут преобладать на столе, а что говорить о столь любимых нами выездах на природу, где сложно себе представить отсутствие шашлыка приготовленного на углях, мужской частью отдыхающих. Этот ритуал плотно вошел в образ хорошего отдыха, и является неким цементом, способным укреплять человеческие отношения. Отдавая дань привычкам и традициям, мы решили посвятить этот номер рецептам приготовления мяса.
Нет смысла перечислять то многообразие рецептов, которые собраны в этом выпуске. Их более ста. Мы постарались подготовить все самое востребованное от ребрышек до бургеров, от супов до диетических блюд из кролика.
