Dear, Developers why did you updated the software without any issues. I have been using the app to watch live not for keep tying all the time ,it should be study all the time the new updates is totally unacceptable and waste of time and money. As my personal experience now dislike your new updates and still waiting for your resolves from the developer team. Please do it ASAP.

Neither this new version or the new express version work or allow installation. There is a bug in the code that does not allow long wifi passphrases. They should not have tampered with something that was working. Suggestion: Get a new coding department.

Latest update killed our access off site. Every time an update happens they kill our access untill complaints make them fix. Totally over having to contact security firm who installed units. Make sure your updates work, and get access back for us.

cannot access p2p camera

The previous update was good. But latest update takes up to much space on the camera views. I wish there is an option to make the display options move to another screen have it hidden on swipe of a button. This one takes up 2 rows of space and the display don't disappear in 1 m/s . Takes about 2-3 seconds to disappear

I am installer and the app worked great until this latest update. Now it won't work with Android devices. When I log in the messages says poor Network connection which is not the case. This needs to be fixed

Can't view my cameras since the last update. I emailed the developer, but never received a response. However, if you install the app and reinstall it, the app works fine.

I added my unv NVR and i can connect only when I'm on mobile data. As soon as i turn on wifi, the connection is lost. This is same for any wifi. I don't know what could be the reason

I get hundreds of these 2 alarm messages: "Unknown alarm.(424)" and "Network disconnected.(409)" and no way to stop them from filling my alarm history... Viewing the cameras is nice.

Registering from app gives a random user name, website lets me pick name. Make app registration better.

Great frame rates and picture quality

The Apple App is way better than Android, you should really update this app to make it smoother and faster.
