The most poorly designed app for tourism I have ever seen. Numerous wonderful tourist places are here in West Bengal. But the app does not even have any latest updation regarding descriptions of those places, importance of those places, appropriate accommodations as well as images of those places. It's just useless.

IT'S BETTER NOT TO HAVE AN APP LIKE THIS, THAN TO HAVE FOR AN IMPORTANT STATE LIKE WEST BENGAL WITH VAST FLORA AND FAUNA. UI IS EXTREMELY BASIC, ERRATIC, UNFRIENDLY AND LACKS IN INFORMATION. ONLINE BOOKINGS IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. ONE NEEDS TO BE A SHERLOCK HOLMES OR A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO REGISTER HIM/HERSELF AS A CITIZEN / USER OF THE APP.

As the check out time is 11 am we had to wait for about 4 hours as there are no trains before 3 pm,so i request the authority to see into the matter & moreover the staffs behiviour & food is excellent.

Very poor User Interface. Its contain wbtdc,wbfdc, youth hostel and fishery dept link. Instead of App its open a browser.

Need more improvements, but as a new starter it is okay, please provide the hotel booking availability and statuses, and booking facilities. Also published the fare chart of the normal rate for hiring car. Thank you.

havnt tried booking lodges from this app...so cant comment on that..otherwise for info..this app is awesome...only thing that i think should be improved is the response time..u tap on a topic and the app waits for a couple of seconds to respond leaving me clueless whether i at all tapped or not..overall pretty good

Ok good. But i like 2 suggest - wherever there is place 4 accommodations there must b link to check availability & book the rooms. Next is that information is given in little space & every time it needs 2 b scrolled. Put a full page description then photos or put photos in watermark.
