Not great so far, cuts off during calls even though connection is at its highest

Great idea but cuts off during calls and that's annoying

Super !dea by Virgin mobile. The call quality become very week even when we are very close to the modem after a few minutes

I would like to see an update showing what countries are included in offer and minutes left etc or warnings if u go over.....

The last updated destroyed the quality of the call

Latest update ruined the app made it unusable.

Waste of money. Voice is not clear at all.

sometimes great ,and then stops ,unreliable, but a great idea.

Its ok but sometimes disconnect without reason nd often its unavailable

You regularly have to go into app to turn it on but no issues so far other than that.

The premise behind the app is good. The execution on the other hand is poor. It's a very unreliable app, the calls are poor quality and drop more often than not. Needs a serious revamp. Get it sorted Virgin Media!!

Application is driving me mad since i subscribed to the servise and got access to use it. Since January I was able to use it about a month. All other time it gives errors. The most annoying is that passwotd is incorrect, whether i can login to my account online with the same details. Expected better app from company like that. Afwul now.

I like it - helpful to be able to receive calls when I'm away from home. One issue... there's no option to delete all call logs. Have to delete them one at a time. Was fixed but after this update I can only delete one by one.

The only reason why I'm not given 5* code some times it either goes dead , were u can't hear the person but they can hear you. Or it just hung up.but it doesn't do it all the time, that's why I'm given it 4* its handy to be able to use ur home pH specially if ur out of cred or went over ur limit

Im starting to wonder if virgin media realise we are paying for this service. A crappy service at that. If u look in the permissions with this app u will see they have the ability to switch networks and thats why the calls fail or the poor connection comes up. U know how to fix these bugs but couldnt be bothered because they benefit ur company. The only reason i even gave one star is because i had to to rate it

Crashes every now and then and, I don't understand why it needs to access photos and videos.

Please get rid of the annoying notification. App design also kinda sucks

Not the best but still I am happy I can call thru my landline using the app.U should give more attention as it can be a very good customer bringer.

It's offline more than its online. Of course the first 14 days were grand but after the first bill was paid it's dead

So so unreliable. Crashes, closes, drops calls... Very frustrating.

Great when it works. It Unfortunately stops working every view weeks. Delating and down loading it again fixes it.

Once I have a data connection my calls route to the mobile automatically, sometimes I think the mobile rings before the landline when at home.

Working great before latest version. Sound quality now very bad. Please try and fix

Installed the app and tried to call someone but error popped out.. App jest doesnt works.. Fix it

Today's the application fail to respond to 4G network data and kept on turning itself off

App is ok. Very handy when phone's not nearby or when out and about on wifi. Sound's not great, crashes a fair bit. This can all be fixed though with a good next release. Update: Still not working effectively. Not ringing when phone rings, not making our answering calls. Will probably remove.
