It has a good design, has everything needed. But the layout and colour use needs to be 'refreshed'. There is no variation of colour. And the layout needs to be less complicated because most of the things are hard to find and unreliable.

It won't calibrate using my Samsung Note 5. It begins the process but goes on for 10 minutes before I get an error message, the app restarts and I must go through all the videos again to get to calibration, just for it to have the same problem again and again. I wasted 2 hours on that today. I'm so disappointed!!!

The Bluetooth find the device but the app doesn't work after i put ID and pass. Galaxy 8 Please help me or I need to return it. Thanks

Cant pair it to Motorola XT

Unable to Pair it with a brand new LG G4. And it would seem I'm not the only one. It works fine on my tablet..just not on my phone. Support has not been able to help. Based on the number of people with issues it seems to be an Andoid 6.0 issue

I can't pair with Samsung Galaxy tab s2; always asking for pin which I don't have; a suggested pin is given but it doesn't work.

Won't pair to google pixel. Unable to update firmware unable to find UPRIGHT device.

The app is pretty buggy. It doesn't measure training time when it goes into background. UPDATE: looks like at least that problem is gone after Jan 22 update.

What an awesome device! Finally I found a 'personal trainer' with the Upright device! I would highly recommend anyone this device to train your back for an upright posture! It not only helps you getting into a nice shape but it will also give you much more confidence in yourself!

App crashes on start up. No response from customer service. Uninstalled app and am returning device.

I have updated the software to 1.63, but still cannot connect it to my nexus 6p. I tested it with my roommate's iphone and it works well. And my phone can connect to other device through bluetooth. So I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with the app.

This is a great system to improve posture. The app has a few kinks, but most can be worked around.

Still unable to update properly on the LG G4. Works fine updating on the Samsung Note 3.

I love my Upright, but the app is a little...unpolished. This is obviously an early version of the app and I'm hoping to see it evolve in the coming months. For one thing, I'd love to Upright sticking in the notification bar while I'm training (like the basic clock app does when you set a timer). This would be great for seeing how much training time there is left and for being able to easily open the app when you need to. It would also be nice if you were given any kind of notification when training ends.

Device is good , attached to my back works nice. App is rubbish on nexus 5. Marshmallow. Constant crashes

it took few trials to get the device properly calibrated but now works perfectly. I love getting mindful of my posture.

Just got my upright. Set up went fairly smooth, got the UpRight to connect, attached it to myself, and did the initial 5 minute training session. Afterwards however, I couldn't get the app to connect to the UpRight any longer. I tried rebooting my device, bluetooth, and the UpRight to no avail. The "Connect" button in the app does nothing. Nexus 6 Marshmallow.

The device pairs good and the app is nice and friendly.

So intuitive and simple! Loved it. Provides great and accurate statistics.

Just got my device, and it all works as expected. App pairs nicely with it, no problems setting it up. My one suggestion for the app would be to add a "recalibrate" option in the settings.
