If it wasn't for the UPS drivers, UPS would be a good company. The drivers never ring any doorbell or go to where you specify to drop off packages. Even when you're home all day waiting. They can't even be bothered to go to the door as you're watching from the window. Then all of a sudden you get an email saying the delivery was changed due to no one available for drop off.

Not bad, not good. Adding information to My Choice is very clunky. Identity verification requires date of birth and defaults to current date in 1999. To change the date you have to select a date on a calendar by scrolling back month by month, so for anyone over the age of 20 it's a ridiculous exercise. Not intuitive and awkward if you're using this to manage your account or deliveries. Works well for simple one click requests or tracking.

Absolutely useless. I used to use this app. But after putting it on a new phone it stopped working. I uninstalled it. I recently reinstalled it thinking maybe is have better luck with it. Nope. Out fires tell me I have a package out for delivery after it's been delivered. Then a few minutes later it shows it has been delivered. I'm hesitant to use it for shipping or upgrading home delivery.

What an unusable conglomeration of garbage stuffed into an app. Track a package? 7 pages, and a web browser later you might find info about it, I should be able to track a package within the app with 2 clicks. Horrible.

The information is always inaccurate if you get the information. I have truly been fed up with this app and the company. I wish I could change but my business uses it so I hope I don't loose anymore customers due to their incompetence.

UPS drivers frequently lie about package status, they don't show up and tracking shows attempt made. All they do is leave package in lobby. How can that attempt fail? Why is it that there are no other packages also in the lobby that day?

Useless. Deliveries don't appear. Can't manage deliveries. Just ring them, you'll end up doing that anyway!

Pretty good, but I'm a little confuse on what you can select and what you can't select. It'll be awesome to have a different look to those options. Right now I'm thinking everything that has a white color font is able to be selected and edit, which you can not.

The money not User friendly app I've seen till today. Bad service, for 3 days they said that the package will arrive today and I was waiting at home and wasting time and at the end they didn't even Rang the bell just sent it to a package store, and put the different package store in the note they left in my post and in the app. I was going to several package store II find my package

It's a joke. You tell them what to do w a package, but they don't do it. Why even give that option?

Junk rarely is it right just like ups deliveries not one but 2 packages guaranteed on time were not delivered thanks for ruining 2 special needs kids Bdays unreliable parcel service

i send one parcel a pc all in one and he receive it broken case and leg wich keeps thep pc to stand up very bad i will never use this company again. Nicolae Mariu

A great app. The only thing I don't understand is when is says in app that "the seller has a message for you". I don't see anyway to check that.

I ordered two day shipping from walmart and it was delayed by a careless UPS worker and that is pathetic. Shame on UPS for not notifying me of the delay.

Doesn't seem to function at all, every screen takes an age to load, doesn't have a proper account that tracks packages based upon your email or phone number automatically. Seems very basic and I just ended up using their website to track it.

I just wanted to find out when my package would be delivered. After too many sign up loops, I'm done. Hopefully it'll be here one day...

I attempted to use this app, as well as the UPS website to track my package. The place that it sent me to was an automated pick up spot. I was unable to pick it up, and after calling customer service twice, I was finally told that my package was not there and to try again later. That is the reason that my opinion of this app is one star.

The slowest application I have ever used, it's so slower, that I can open Chrome, go to their site, login and track it, and it would be still faster than the this freaking stupid app

You can't log into UPS my choice. You can only sign up, but there's no way of loging in if you already have an account. And if you already have an account it just tells you you already have an account.... So stupid

Useless. Does not interface with UPS My Choice. Keeps sending to sign up page or back to home page. Unable to track window for delivery. Waste of time. Really poor app.

App sucks i put in tracking info to track my shipments and it says the tracking number isn't found in system but i go to the main site and it gives me tracking info after intering the tracking info.. This app need improvements

I got this app for 1 reason--to track a package on the "follow my package" map. I cannot even FIND that map! You can't manage deliveries in order to REALLY track them using the map. You can only get the most basic and useless "Out for Delivery" update by putting in the tracking number. I can do that in Firefox! Everything about UPS is utterly useless. They are the worst shipping service in the world. I've gotten things from China in less time than it takes UPS to bring a package to my door from 2 cities North of me. Honestly, all they had to do was make a map app where you can type in a tracking number and it shows you where your package is...and they failed completely. Further proof that this company is trash now.

Useless app , sign up loop for my choice , can't even change shipping address

Overall UPS doesn't update anything and drops my notes saying they missed me on my neighbors doors.

What good is the app if I scan and enter the receipt left on my door and the info is unavailable?

This app is my favorite app of all time. All of the parts are the best, but ESPECIALLY tracking, which is the most legit. Without this app, I, and my packages, would be lost.
