UpShift for Uber, Lyft, & More

Great app. Clean programming. Works perfectly on my G3. - - - - - one question - - - -. Timers reset @ midnight. Most night time drivers are out till 2 or 3 am. By this term, all the counters have reset, and previous days data lost. Can the app be modified to reset the day @ 4 am, which is what Uber n Lyft do with their earning records?

Would be better if location permissions (gps, etc) were established before the overlay, so you don't have to figure out how to turn it off, then activate location, then back on. that was a headache. While I am looking forward to the upcoming features, a potential (and hopefully a welcomed) suggestion would be to add the ability to tap the location button to minimize the floating bar? Once this app has the auto-offline for the services your not currently running, I have no issues changing this to a 5, only because that is a major selling point for me!

Doesn't keep apps running, Uber still asks to go offline every 5 minutes and Lyft looses connection after every 10 minites. It's just easier to use the task manager for free.

1. It needs a minimize function. Nothing more annoying than needing to text and having to go through two steps to minimize the overlay. 2. There needs to be a way to add a custom app. I use a autosms app that I cannot access with this app. 3. It needs a horizontal mode. This is less intrusive for keyboards.

Overall, I like the concept. I can see where/how this can be useful. As is, it doesn't work for my needs. Doordash widget points to the consumer app not the driver app. There is a Square widget which is nice but I use PayPal reader. Since the widgets I need aren't available and there is not a way to reassign them, it's not something I can't make use of at the moment.

Team, first thing I noticed is that the customization aspect of the app could be a little better for me in Austin. We have 3 new companies working here since regulation, Fare, Getme and Fasten. It would be better if I could load those apps into the widget and if the app would keep the other apps active.

The app works great. My only complaint is that when I put my tablet in landscape mode the widget disappears. If the developers would add landscape mode for the eidget This app would be a 5 star app.

Painful. Terrible functionality, no way to correct entries, and a web portal that is nonexistdent. Save your money--looks like a Dude-Bro Brogrammers trying to be the next app startup. Lotsa luck getting your capital, fellas. Very disappointing and if I could get my money back I would.

It seems like this developer is looking to integrate every useful feature missing from the rideshare apps into their app and for me a 5 minute countdown timer for cancelling an Uber ride about the only thing else I need.I really like the app so far. But please - there are lots of music apps besides Pandora and Spotify, and they are really important to the ride share experience. Please add the ability to add other widgets. Your responsiveness to our input makes a huge difference and is really appreciated.

Review as of 5/13/2016 My Dad told me about this app. He knows one of the developers. Right now its a good app. It is much like Driver Companion. Once they implement the autolog off feature, this app will be everything people are looking for. As it stands, it is still worth the price.

I paid $3 for this app & it basically does nothing. No ability to edit data, DoorDash still goes to user app, tried tracking miles & that doesn't work, you have to manually input all your data & there's no ability to edit it. No apparent support. I emailed them over a week ago & no response. Also very poorly designed website. If I could reach support, I would get my money back.

I'll make this a five star revues if you release an update that allows for the icons to be in a horizontal row. Also comma if at all possible perhaps make the icons semi transparent. Otherwise fantastic app and I highly recommend it to anyone who drives for more than just one platform

Recommend an option to sync with uber and lyft in regards to stats and mileage prior to app download and maybe even to bank account transactions for automatic filing review.

Door Dash don't work please fix

I decided to uninstall it as i find it cumbersome to manually enter revenue for every fare. And i was always forgetting to toggle deadhead miles. If it auto entered the info and auto toggled with start and end of trip, it would be great. I just use my odometer trip counter and subtract trip mileage that uber already tallies for me. I also thought it had a built in 5 min timer.

it does not track the rides and mileage from the Lyft app nor the mileage Google I find myself having to manually enter everything too many extra steps

App ruined Google Maps for me. When app is installed Google Maps changes drastically. It changed so much that I couldn't use it. How can I get a refund?

A good start some functions do not work. So basically useless for me

This app is amazing. Very simple to use and has maximized my time and potential earnings. Love being able to keep track of tips/fares/expenses. The dead head mileage tracker was also a nice touch to be able to have those added for tax time. I emailed a developer previously about the app to try it out and have to say it is definitely worth the money! It does make my phone run a bit hot but I clear out my background apps and that usually solves the problem. I am excited to see what they have in store for us!

I really like the idea of an always on top widget with commonly used applications. Unfortunately, the widget tends to be in the way any time I use it. No matter how many times I reposition it, it ends up being in the way of something else, like the keyboard. In order to type anything, I may have to move the widget 8 - 10 times. The rest of the functionality, I I'm puzzled by its usefulness. So for a widget that always seems to be in the way, I think $3 is pretty pricey.

UpShift is a useful app that also helps me be safe on the road. Easy access to my rideshare apps with the widget, and some additional cool options like mileage tracking and a timer. They also are involved in the community to get feedback, which is really fantastic. This is a no-brainer purchase if you drive.

I like it but still learning. Would love a video tutorial. A timer would be kool.

I would like it switched on and off apps automatically as sometimes you forget to turn off and there is a request. Voila!

UpShift is great. It is really useful and keeps everything I need on the screen where I can get to it. I e-mailed the developers and they responded very fast and answered all my questions. seems to be a great group of people working on this .. keep up the great work guys.

This app is great for helping me manage my Lyft and Uber accounts. I doubled the amount of riders I take on daily basis.
