I had a very bitter experience with urbanclap. The person has not showed up. He made me wait for three hours saying that he is on the way and cancelled the appointment without out informing. The entire day of mine ruined and even I missed my lunch waiting for him. Need to take care these type of issues. Surprisingly the person assigned to me did not even answer the calls made to him, very pathetic service

Pathetic service! The UC electrician was not able to fix the problem in my motor. He was asking for 24 hours of time to fix a problem. He was looking to make more money out of this. I called another electrician and he fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. Pathetic service UrbanClap! Very pathetic! Not coming back to you again! Next time, I'd hire some professional service instead of some cheap app on play store.

my experience was so bad with it. plumber(rohit singh)and fridge repair man(prit pal singh) was so pathetic. they don't know the work please don't take service with them. urban clap hired useless worker. workers of urban clap just make money and they don't give you any receipt of materials. even they don't take your calls if problem pop up again in one or two days after repair. i tell you to all if you all want to rob by urban clap you can use it.

Pathetic customer service. I have been using the services for a while. Been very happy. Until yesterday, the electrician broke my light fitting, also ordered a number of useless parts and left the job incomplete. Now customer service is giving me the run around.. Had several calls with customer service.. Only lip service, just asking me to repeat the sequence of events over and over again.

Please dont take service from urban clab. They don't solve the problem. Only fake promise only . I Have lose 3000 rs even .nothing worked in my home. It is fake service or spam service . I will post in social media. Please guys dont take service .. It is soo bad . After no one help you( when will you solve it . Worst service .. very disappointed by the services.. all the professional came and they just want to make money by looting people.. pathetic service.. Totally not upto the mark .. they charged around 4000rs extra for the materials that they purchased from the market and later when I enquired in the market for same it was totally different.. sorry to say but I don't even feel like giving 1 star also.. if there been negative marking I would have given that as well.. pathetic just pathetic..this is not the way to earn money by cheating people ! I've booked a spa service which the so called expert denied as she was female and doesnt extend services to male clients. In my case it was massage. In the 1st place I did not ask for female masseuse. Next day o booked salon service for my wife and did not receive any message or communication from expert or UC. Pathetic service guys.

While the service guy was trying to con us charging us 500 bugs for changing the socket and plug.. We called support for help and the customer support guy said you should have asked him how much his fees were before he started working. The service gave reason stating that Bangalore is expensive and he have lot of commitments to his family as to the reason of overcharging! Just unbelievable.

Carpenter charged Rs.300 to rent the drilling machine. Service was ok ok. Later he was forcing my room mate to rate him 5 stars in front of him, somehow managed to evade him. Customer service didn't reply to my queries when I mailed them. Gave the carpenter a bad review for the same, got 2 calls from him the next day! Worried about safety right now. Mailed to customer care again, but not expecting anything good given the last useless interaction with them. Totally crappy experience.

Pathetic service. Would not recommend to anyone. It's been a week now, I gt my AC service done n after that there's some issue and AC is not working properly.m calling that technician n he is not responding. Called the urban clap thrice but of no use..they are totally unprofessional.really disappointed

Booked one carpenter from urban clap, Rizwan, and had the worst experience ever. He gave some deadline for even after 2 months he didn't revert nor he delivered the products. Also he took whole amount to as advance. I request everyone not to book Rizwan carpenter ever. The most unprofessional person he is. Also I request urban clap to remove him from their list of registered carpenter. He is WORST

Very bad service... Twice I used urbanclap and both the times there was problem. They never give a receipt for any service or parts purchased. The service provider puts blame on urban clap and urban clap service center blames it on service provider. I really wonder if these service providers are actually paying service taxes to the government and urban clap doesn't even care for it.

The electrician gave an estimate of rs 4500 for the repair of my fully automatic top load machine. The spin motor was not working the washing motor was. But he insisted that it had to be taken to the workshop for repair. He charged me 249 rupees just for this. I contacted the local mechanic who did the job in 2 hrs at my place at a cost of rs 1100. Your services are absolutely useless. Please refund my money and be more practical and useful for others. Dont try to loot and fool people.

Expensive compared to the other services available. Though the services are good.. but it feels like a pinch on the pocket.. even when choosing the services.. need to think many times before confirming any booking.. reduce your rates u'll find More customers than ever Urban Clap.

Pathetic ppl..last year one electrician fleeced me of 1700rs. After complaining I got a refund of credits. Now I am being told my credit which is my own money will expire on 31st August. When I enquired I was told it is a decision of higher management. How can they just decide to usurp customers money.

If you are in Pune and are thinking of using this service for Electrical work or repairs please refrain. I am telling you my honest feedback on UC and these guys suck.. They kept me waiting for 2 hours after my slot was assigned and then cancelled. I had another repair guy for UC coming that day and even he delayed 2 hours. There customer service is worse than Flipkart. Beware before you get your time wasted by them

Pathetic service and pathetic csr agents. Promise to give salon service and then called up after scheduled time passed and asked for can I reschedule it. Disgusting. even after taking lots of time confirmation. they spoil your plans... Don't trust them. Uninstalling it... Go to hell.

With great hope i booked urban clap.. it was all in vain.. its was a complete waste of money.. i am really annoyed.. my hard earned money got waste with the terrible service.. the lady was trying to save all the pedicure stuffs by putting less amount on me.. she burnt my skin while waxing.. inspite of telling her 100 times dt do waxing properly she still missed hair all over my hands...pathetic..pathetic pathetic !!

Never again calling urban clap. Especially this girl Saba,so arrogant. If I have given time from 5-5.30 , I should get call before 5,no at 5.15 asking should she come or not. Very unorganized and poorly managed team.

Took almost a week to approve a profile as if they are in 19th century where things could be done in seconds. Very poor response they provide for queries you raise. What they depicts in online is altogether a different image when they handle professionally. Very bad experience with urban clap

Pathetic. The UC electrician was a joke in terms of skill. Subtly coerced me into giving 5 star while the issue still persists. Numbskull didn't even check the earthing issue. On calling again said will come to complete and later started giving excuses (traffic, can't connect etc). Good to talk to which I guess is the only hiring criteria at UC. Leaving this one star here (with more to follow) if this isn't rectified. Those millions won't last forever at this rate guys

Prompt and good service. Clean interface. Should consider adding payment options through app itself connecting wallets like paytm, credit/debit card payment options etc. Paying cash to the technician is not always feasible. Also please include smart tv repair and printer repair services. Updated- My bad about the payment options. They are there and thanks for letting me know. The customer support is really very bad. They don't have any proper timelines for the queries and complaints raised. Way too expensive. No proper analysis of professionals available for services. You guys need to improve your customer support and also work on the price for the services offered.
