Very bad service. I've Ordered food at 7.15pm and the Customer care calling after two hours (approx.)saying that delivery is not there in your area

They take minimum 2 hours to deliver to home. Rude delivery boys and staff. Complaints are not solved instead say sorry. I do not recommend this to others.

The app crashes every time I try to login. Can't complete the order.

Worst, doesn't deliver food even 2 hours after ordering. Not worth a try.

Real sucker! It took them 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver PS Store is 1.8km away

chutya app hai bc, mc order li hai, paisa kat diya hai aur when I called customer care he is saying ur number is not reachable, abe mc me jis mobile se call kr ra us pe hi tu call krega to busy nhi kya hoga, then started saying what u ordered is not available, abhi tak 1hr complete hua tha aur tere ko ab yad aaya ki mera order wali chiz to available nhi hai

Not worth the time atleast for now, uninstalling may try again for a later version.

It neither load image and not all the items. Totally waste of time and effort.

No one answers the landline numbers of the store and the delivery boys number is switched off. Its been 2 hours since the order is placed from the app.

I ordered something few days back at night and I was waiting the whiole night but the order never came and plus they deduct the money from my account. When I tried looking for their support number on portal turns out that number doesn't work. There was no way for me to contact them and ask for my money back leave aside the inconvenience they caused me by not delivering the food that night.,

Not so tasty delivery is too late the deliver of food packing is very bad every one should know oh this guy ordered biryani . No packing nothing .

I have been trying to order for a while now and i did not find any option to order as a guest and somehow I am not even receiving an OTP to be able to sign up ! How am I supposed to order

You show something else in your menu and when I signed up, you ask me order more. I'm not entertained at all.

Ordered food from this app. Took around 4hrs to deliver .....

I had ordered an Andhra style biriyani and it turns out that it was more spicy than what a normal 'spicy biriyani' should be. The amount of chilli they had put was too much that I felt the pulse in my brain the moment i had a spoonful of it. Very disappointed with what i received. This item should infact be removed from the menu as it could misguide the innocent customers into ordering it. Either remove the dish or rename it as "DEATH BY CHILLIES" So the customers have a clearer idea of what it really is.

Never promise to deliver on time. Its been close to 2 hours after giving the order. Customer care also cannot reach their delivery persons.

In Android app it is showing out of stock for almost all the items but for the same items it is showing available in web app. What a worst app.

Biryani veg n hatrick was not fresh.

Everything showed OUT OF STOCK in this app but I was able to order from food panda. .

Hi dont eat ammi's biryaani which is loacated in maruthi nagar they are prepairing worst biryaani ever eat.Better to eat road side biryaani's .

it has not been designed and whoever has estimated the expected no of users of this app has underestimated it.it is always getting crashed.

Worst biryani ever in bangalore........ fake promotional campaign........ would never choose to eat Ammi biryani even if it is distributing free of cost. Go get something good on ur menu to sell better than luring customers with fake promotions.

My office cafe have an ammis outlet, yet I have to wait 90 mins to get cold food from outside delivery center.. Stupid business model and very very average taste...

I got ₹201 in my wallet but my brother signed up today and he didn't got money in his wallet. Why so ??

1. Giving error message "unable to load data" even though if I have 10MBPS. 1. Not detecting current network, it failed to load network. 3. Manually entered location, it shows no store available near your location I ordered from food panda earlier and only 300 mts to store still it shows no store near by. Funny and crappy application

Got an SMS that I got 201 rs in my wallet. The same mobile number was not even registered before!
