I PAID the subscription but CANNOT use the app. Will you refund the amount paid? You can see I've not used it. Awesome content, but is not user friendly. Too many clicking needed. Too hard to do a proper, should make it easier to access. Search function is isolated. Poor user experience.

The app keeps shutting every five minutes. I have discontinued my subscription of this app within the week's trial period. I hope it still doesnt charge me based on it has failed fo follow every single instruction/request of mine upto now. I have used the book and loved it but was quite disappointed and frustrated with the app. Please refund my money if for any reason it was past midnight while I was trying to figure out how to discontinue it.
