Very convenient and handy tool to look up codes fast

Samsung Notes 2 & 3, Galaxy S5 & 7. It would be even better if it had a way to delete the search field with one click.

App does have some crash issues but it does work offline AND has real time search after 3 characters as a 'contains' field. Awesome!

I have tried 5 different apps for ICD-9's and this one seems pretty complete and I like the way it searches while you type.

HTC Evo 4G, No prob since installed last year. Needs to be MOVABLE to SD card due to large file/memory use. Make it movable, get 5 stars. Thnx.

Extremely quick and agile icd9 dx code lookup. Often gets me headed in the right direction.

This gr8 app I work for a health care insurance company and this app always has the code I need... and believe me I need a lot codes that I always find in the ICD9 coding book.

Fab on EVO! All 5 stars if I could move to SD..

Needs app2sd. Descriptions sometimes employ "artistic license" which makes me question overall accuracy, but most are exact, and the rest are close.

I've installed this on my Verizon Incredible 2 and initially worked great. The problem is that it keeps uninstalling itself. When I re-install it, I get an error message that it requires 14MB of free space to run, then closes. I've checked my memory and have 154MB of free system ROM and 728MB of free internal memory. Don't know what the problem is but would like to see it fixed as it is a good program otherwise.
