Used to check miles Bal and it's OK. Will be using it regularly henceforth.

Doesn't work. I can see my flights, but that's about it. Almost all other links are broken. Thought I chose a new seat, but, "nope" still the old one, nothing changed. I went to the VA website and it was broken too, not optimized for my screen. I can make a site on Squarespace for a few bucks that will scale to a mobile screen! Virgin can't? Told me to use the app, I went to the website because the app is junk. Damn shame because other than the mobile experience I really love flying on Virgin. They're almost always my first choice.

Wanted to see flight take off time. Kept showing scheduled time despite the airport boards showing gate info an hour later than expected. Dont waste your time with this app its useless

Flying to the States the app expects an ESTA - there is no option to enter visa information and therefore you cannot check in -> sorry but if you cripple the functionality and make the app useless why bother making it at all?

Shiney new updates have fouled up. It was a great app

I am no longer able to log into my account.... I've un/reinstalled and reset phone etc nothing has worked

What a load of rubbish. Every update wipes my log in information.

App has serious connectivity issues (offline for 80%) and misleading UI

App is great was able to book my seats for flight there and flight back.. very easy to use. CAN'T CHECK IN USING THE APP!

Its OK to view balance or to track a flight. Otherwise could be better.

Utterly useless - didn't recognise my VA login details, and after 3 unsuccessful login attempts the app disabled my whole account, leaving me without boarding passes for the return leg of a trip from UK to US. Made check-in very stressful.

Absolute rubbish. I'm sitting in the departure lounge waiting for my return flight from London to Hawaii and this app tells me I have no past or future flights with virgin, so I want to send them a message. Can I? It says I can, but it takes me round and round in circles forcing me to phone them which is very inconvenient. Complete waste of time, since what I wanted was an app that alerts me when my gate is announced, or gives me updates on delays etc. Get it together, this is just an annoyance so you can tick the box to say you have an app.

What a DIRE app. Round and round in circles... can't check in due to 'technical issues' but the main website goes round and round in circles refusing to load because I'm using a mobile phone (apparently an S8+ is too small to deal with the desktop website so it keeps reloading the mobile site....), so the website directs me back to the app. What a horror show. I'll be going back to BA for my next transatlantic flight. This is shockingly bad....

Provides the only? Way to check in for your flight, but all it says 99/100 is "technical difficulties. Sorry" Useless.

Doesn’t work. Can't book flights, check bookings or much else. Only useful for checking balance.

Good app but WHY do every time you open it do you need to put in your login details. Finding and putting in your squillion digit membership number and remembering your passport every time you want to use it is SO annoying - is that necessary in an app in 2017?? If my phone knows who I am to open all my private e-mail apps by just touching the icon - why can't this app do that???

Hopeless. Want to find a flight to spent my airmiles on and all it ever says is "there are no seats available in this class" doesn't matter what class you select, what day, or destination. And it doesn't give you any hints as to when you could use them. So what's the point???!??!!

Clicking on "View Boarding Pass" only launches "Complete action using" and tries to select another app, and doesn't display the mobile boarding pass. Are you trying to render the boarding pass as a .PDF? If so, I have an app for that to. The #1 use case for using an airline mobile app is to use the app to board the plane. The #2 use case would be to utilize it to see luggage location. The #3 use case would be to purchase wifi/upgrades for the flight.

Apparently I have to use the app instead of the website as they can't provide a working version of the site for mobile. They're also condescending while informing you with the message: "We're really sorry but right now we don't have a version of this page that works on your little screen." Little? How pleasant.

This app seems to do everything that I need from it, but it does seem to have issues. Hopefully they will be sorted out soon. I am trying to email my flight details to myself, yet this silly app says I have no email account assigned to my device. O REALLY? I was just sending emails about 2 seconds ago, and every other app has no issues.

Amateur hour at virgin. Doesn't log miles even if I book through app. Shows offline when I'm clearly not. Delta (flying partner) says the ff# in the app shows an error. Branson - can you be serious with this piece of garbage?

Really poor quality app, several features just don't work (boarding passes and online check-in both won't work correctly). Virgin website also doesn't work on mobile so good luck with trying to organise your flight if you're not near a PC. Utter shambles...

Worked fine but now tells me that I am not connected to the internet when I am. Have asked for support from VA but they are not interested. Waste of time all round.

I'm so glad I just downloaded an app on my phone because you're too lazy to develop a mobile site or have a kiosk at the check in counter just to have it completely unable to do anything. Awesome.

None of the options work when you select them. Therefore I cannot, book, check in, see my bookings, or any other option on the app. Pity as it looks really good from the outset.

Still useless!! This blatant lack of customer focus has pushed me back to BA! Cannot search for reward flights, keeps giving an error, the app is more annoying the more you use it.....shows the wrong flying club status, please fix the app asap!

You've messed it up once again. When you try to get your boarding pass, the app is looking for something else to open it with...wtf? Get the basics right.

No idea what's going on with this app. Returns a general error message for half the actions and several buttons just seem to be completely unresponsive. This is not a good app
