Wear Cam allows you to take lots of pictures of yourself from a distance without having to go back to the phone, by simply using your watch, the camera automatically takes the shot. Perfect for those self portraits or couple pictures. The wear app will launch when you start the app on your phone. You can take a picture and view it from your watch remotely.
It is also very useful for taking group pictures, as no one is excluded from the photographs, just by placing the camera at the desired distance and using your watch to control the camera and you have all the photos you want with friends and family.

Great app... Does what it says it does. I love it. The only thing I'd want to see is the auto focus working correctly because it doesn't really work now, and id love to see a timer for delay between when you touch the watch and when it takes a picture. Great other than that.

Like this app a lot I was looking for a camera app and have tried a lot of them . Found this one and so happy I did. No adds and the ones who made it sound like way cool peeps. Loved it. Pretty easy considering the limited amount of space on watches. Nifty wee app. Developer(s), this is a great app. Works amazing on my Sony Smart watch. I'd recommend this over others as no ads AND I had another app LIKE this one, only this does what it says. Like I said, recommended to any smart watch users!

Just installed and seems to work great, but I don't understand why it says "Start Whistling!!!" On the phone screen. Also, why is it free if it has no ads? Where are the developers making their money?

It's a fun app. You can place your phone somewhere and use your watch to take a picture. Then the picture appears on your watch. Handy for nature pics, tricky or dangerous pics where you don't want to be too close, or fun catching candid shots or rare shots where you sit nearby, cam poised to catch the moment. Maybe if distance range is sufficient you could put your phone on a drone and take aerial pictures.
