USER GUIDE:
Please read carefully before using this app.

* Hold the tip of your index finger coverage the back camera lens and flash of your phone.
Press on circle "Touch To Start" to start measure. Please keep your hand balance when measure.
Do not press to hard or you will cut of circulation which will result in an inaccurate result.
* After a second or two, you should see the heart icon in center of circle is change. Your heart rate will display in
five of ten seconds.
* It will take more ten seconds to get an accurate heart rate
