Asks for a lot of permissions form sensitive information without even explaining why.

Poor app. Doesn't do what it purports to do. Difficult to use and a very poor interface. Don't bother with it. I've removed it from my apps as it's a waste of space

Very fast delivery service. A lot of partners available, all my orders are taken just within a few minutes. All partners are well trained and provided their service in a professional manner. Will definitely continue to use their service as it is not only efficient but at the same time very user friendly as well.

This app is a joke... Started an order, 3 hours "looking for a courier". Then I was called and let know that they are still "training" their people in Vancouver. Which really just means they don't have service here, but now that someone showed interest, we might actually think about it. Whole morning wasted for an urgent same day delivery.... Cute idea, but it takes actual men on the ground to get things done, not 2 lines of code... Moving on..

I use it to deliver gifts to friends and family and it was delivered safely to the receiver. Cool app

Hardly respond to your email. Few time i did not received the invoive/receipt in my email. When email to them the reply was my order number not valid and this is so frustating as i unable to claim back to my finance department. Use it if its personal bit dont use for commercial/office use.

every time i need to check my order ,it will say my line is weak or ask me to log out and log in again, dislike this .

Spent 30 mins just to verify phone number..still not received any verification code till today. Uninstall lol.

Completed orders within 2 hours

First keep facing invalid phone number and I realise it only can be key in handphone number instead of fix line. After I confirm everything, at least 3 cancel my order after they picked up. I cancel order directly while just keep begging to wait someone can pick my order. I think this is not the purpose on setting up this app service to disappoint user.

App got teething problem. Keeps telling me receiver phone nunber invalid, then login issue, currency display problem. No more. Thanks.

tested the apps... just wanted to send 1 document to michigan usa... and the app say total price is MYR10,454.52... crazy expensive... you sending it by rocket or use some teleportation devices??? if yes then its justifiable.

there's something wrong. I was trying to check the rate. Then I select Singapore as pick address and USA as delivery address, the speed is up to 7 working days, guess what? the rate is $2.24, which is ridiculous!

Great app

I cant even open it. Its asking me to allow or deny for the app to use my gallery. When i allow its telling me i have to off something from the setting and even after doing it its still the same.

The technical support was fast and provided immediate steps to rectify a situation.
